mufutau55: Thanks very much Trust101. This estimate is good enough for the whole bunch.. At least I now know it's a seperate cost. I have just got the measurements (listed below)for my completed BQ of 2 joined seperate units of Livingroom, One Bedroom, Kitchen Toilet/Bath. As per "Spyder880" and "Brabus" this should not be consider a Boys Quarter but a Men's Quarter.
Window Sizes for Each Unit (I will need two sets of below): Livingroom (Qty 1) 6x4ft Bedroom (Qty 2) 6x4ft Kitchen (Qty 2) 5x4ft and 4x4ft Toilet/Bath (Qty 2) 2x2ft
And Insha-Allah before the end of the year I intend to finish the Duplex. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and time.
Hajji Mufutau Good evening sir,You are welcome, okay. God will surely do it for you and your family.Anytime. Do have a nice evening sir. |

payless: Are you saying the cost of buying tiles in Lagos is more or less the same as the cost in U.S? Do they havetiles like tarvantine, ceramic, porcelain in Lagos? Yes is cheaper but you can really trust our people when it comes to selling of product to you which is bad. So i still have my options open, the tile i attached just few was bought because i think is cheap and we can use it on some of the walls. |

mufutau55: If you have been paying it for sometimes, you henceforth ignores it and never think about it. Two things are guaranteed in America (USA), and that is: DEATH and TAXES. No way out of it, so we live with it.
Hajji Mufutau You got me laughing but is true. |
