The floor was broken to have it install and about finishing, nothing of such yet.

Basement? In Nigeria? How will you prevent flooding and soaking of the walls when rain water goes down? I think they call it mildew or something.
Rain will not be a problem because will have about 4 feet left before the external wall.FYI , building is on a very dry land.
