No problem sir.The soft frames is at separate cost which is #45,000 for all the windows,
sorry i cant really give you a price breakdown because i just negotiated for all the windows
and below are the sizes:
6 X 5 =9
5 X 5 =2
4 X 4 =1
3 X2.1/2 =11
Thanks

Thanks very much Trust101. This estimate is good enough for the whole bunch..
At least I now know it's a seperate cost.
I have just got the measurements (listed below)for my completed BQ of 2 joined seperate
units of Livingroom, One Bedroom, Kitchen Toilet/Bath. As per "Spyder880" and "Brabus"
this should not be consider a Boys Quarter but a Men's Quarter. smiley

Window Sizes for Each Unit (I will need two sets of below):
Livingroom (Qty 1) 6x4ft
Bedroom (Qty 2) 6x4ft
Kitchen (Qty 2) 5x4ft and 4x4ft
Toilet/Bath (Qty 2) 2.6x2ft

And Insha-Allah before the end of the year I intend to finish the Duplex.
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and time.

I know, nothing is easy, especially in Nigeria.. Not really as a builder per say.(May be say a buildee, not sure if that is in the dictionary).
But as a customer of Spyder880 and Brabus with all those your amazing projects.
I will or can never be a builder.. I have no stomach to do business in Nigeria.. I will change my tag to reflect that, look out for the modified tag..

[quote author=Royal30 post=35718053] Foundation digging was 18 x 15 but after block settings it's now 15 x14 feet. Just an addition to rooms.
