they werent stored in the same condition, the rice came in i batches as it were seized by customs from different smugglers comin in from different countries in different conditions, and rice or any item labbeled as poisonous by customs are immediately destroyed while good ones are sent to warehouse waiting for the date of auction

You know the rice is shipped under different conditions because you work in Custom and because you were there to see the lot number when the bad rice were delivered to Ondo State or Oyo State?
