Chapter 2

And today, am skipping work again, (God help me, 2 Times in week, hope am not going to lose my Job). You can’t blame me for that though; I suppose to hangout with my old Buddy, Emperor today by 12Pm, so what’s the excess.
‘grin, grin’ my phone ranged. I could guess who was calling, that’s Emperor directing me to his location. Within 25Min, I was there already, had to call him to come pick me up at the Junction. ‘I’m already at NUT junction, in front of M. K. O. stadium’ I notified him via text message since he was on another call and couldn’t pick my call, and sooner than expected, he arrived in a deep Blue G Wagon, I was already lost in deep thought (of what I saw when I entered Lolade – the nurse girl Room without knocking – don’t ask me what?) when he notified me of his presence with his Car Horn.. ‘peeinnn’.
“Hop in Tsamson” he said smiling, I entered. The presence of the A/C was a hit back to back. And soon we were in front of a Black Gate in the G.R.A. Ibara Housing Estate, Abeokuta. After countless Horn Emperor fired from the Steering, the gate was opened by an elderly man – security Guard. We drove in and he parked the car. We got down, from what I can see, I can’t explain it, all I could just say is that the Building is directly proportional to Luxury – Swimming Pool, a table tennis court, few to mention. With Emperor taking the Lead, I could hear music being played in the House as soon as I get closer to the Front door leading to the House Living room.
Entering to find a couple of guys inside, I shook hands with them all, with Emperor and I, we were five altogether, just looking around, I say a very familiar face amidst us. I couldn’t help but stare a him, it took me almost 5 minute of deep reason to realize that it’s Mike.
“Mr. Mike, I could hardly recognize you” I said, everyone’s attention was diverted to me (maybe because that’s the first word I had said since I enter besides the General greeting).
“Sorry, but do we know each other?” he asked surprisingly. I had to explain how I saved his life stuff before he could remember.
“wow, thanks man, you’re an angel” he blurted,
“Guess am doing my Job, that’s all” I humbly replied. And the conversation continued.
From where I sat, I heard actually learnt a lot about people around me. First, I got to meet the Infamous ‘Poker’ – The Music Star, he’s pretty good with his music, got the Hip-Hop swag but what’s funny about him is I heard he’s a flirt(that’s not funny) and that he his seriously in a relationship with a teacher named Temi(now, that’s funny, at least to me – what’s the combination there, A Musician and a Teacher) “I love my Her, My Temi is Sexy” he would say when referring to his girlfriend (Reason why other call her Sexytemi is a sync to his usual statement). Poker, as he had said so far about his achievement like meeting drake, a feat with Eminem of which he is currently working on, his single with Yemi Alade, Phyno, Psquare and the Likes, and Owning a Musical Record Label too, I think he is doing Pretty OK in the Music Industry (we eventually became friends, and yes he is deeply involved in the Underworld stuff too, will talk about him later).
There is also this guy too, I don’t know his real name but he is called ‘Kross’. What disgust me about him is he holding a gun (not only that) and mentioning how he Raped a girl who chop his money but refused sex (I don’t want to talk about that one - more info on that might come later). From what I learned from Emperor later in the day, “That Guy called Kross works for my Dad and his Partner Mr. Paul (a tall lanky huge man, I got to find out that he is actually referred to as Mrbigman1 – Sometimes as No1 too, is a partner to Mr. Franchise in Crime, Business and Politics, actually his best friend.), History has it that Bush, I mean Mike brought him all the way from same village in Delta like this (But to me, that Guy resemble someone actually from Daura), My dad had them to keep me company here in Ogun (But he actually meant His dad wants them to Protect him), so…” “yeah, that’s great” I had to cut in at his speech sharperly before he starts telling me how Nigeria Got independence (lol, my bad).
After a few reasonable discussions, I mistakenly checked the time to find out its getting dark. “oh sh*t, gotta go Buddy, it’s getting dark (not because its getting dark but because I still plan on seeing Lolade – the Nurse Girl)” I interrupted our current discussion. Emperor likes Football a lot, it’s a good thing, just that he support arsenal, the Ever-Losing Team(SMH).
I heard Emperor drop me off Lolade house. “Thanks man, for today” I said to him.
“Actually, I should be the one thanking you for saving me from those guys and there boring conversation” he replied. At that I laugh out before he joins me too in laughing.
We parted our ways at this chapter comes to an end.

Will discuss about what happened at Lolade’s place (That her weirdo Neighbour Called Max - He is Extremely Friendly but Geeky Guy, I think he likes Lolade, but guess what, that guy he’s shy *I pity the guy*) in the next chapter.
Also how Stella Arrived from Paris and I stupidly misquoted her friendly Gesture as Flirty, so as a sharp guy, I took to action, only to Got a Dirty Slap(any way it later got resolve).
And last warning, in case you don’t like S*x, Kidnap, killing and stuff as that, Please do not Read the next Chapter because all this ones are Introduction and the real film is starting from the next chapter (Chapter 3).

This is my First official story on Nairaland,
This is basically a Fiction, with character originating from Leagues of Monarchs.



Chapter 1

“Hey there T Samson” came voice from behind me. I could recognize the voice but it’s unbelievable. ‘it must be another person, it can’t be Emperor’ I said to myself, ‘what could he be doing in Abeokuta, Ogun State’. But I had to turn back to where the voice came from.
“Ohhhh My God” I almost shouted and yes it was Emperor, “what are you doing here?” I queried him with a big grin all over my face.
“See you, Na you be this? You don fine reach ooo” Emperor Replied with a grin too, then he Hugged me.. “Missed you, My Nigga, How have you been all this while?”

Before I continue any further, lemme gist you about me.

I am Samson by name, born into an Average family, Friendly, Intelligent (gotta complement myself na), black in complexion. Had a BNSc. Degree (Bachelor of Nursing Science), Managing in a Private Hospital (cause I still have plans on going abroad for greener pastures). Friends Call me TSamson (Tee Samson) Maybe Because my surname starts with T, sometimes I grateful for that, at least am not something like smellymouth.

I met Lekan whome i Call Emperor (the short form of Emperorlee – The Lee goes for L in Lekan, Sometimes I call him Lee too) during my intern days in Nursing School in Lagos. Of one Emergency case where a Guy was shot in his Leg by some gang, He was loosing a whole lot of blood, as per my Student Nurse, My priority was to save life (Took me after Grad to realize that the Priority was actually to Make money, not just saving life, Lol), so I took him to the Nearest Hospital. Luckily for him, he didn’t loose too much blood.
After fully recovering, I asked him “hey, how are you, whats your name?”, He was just dumbfounded and after about 2 Minute, he managed to reply “Am mike, How did I get here?”, “you were shot in the leg by some gang, you nlost a couple of blood, probably why you got unconscious, anyway are you fine now?” He nodded and thanked me. “So, who are you gonna acll, or should I ask, how are you planning on playing the bill cause I had helped you here, and am just a student so I cant afford to pay your bill”. He smilled at me then he made a Call to one Mr. Franchise, Who sent his mature son, probably same age group with me (Emperor) with his driver in other to make payment to make Mike payment. During the conversation between Emperor and Mike, I got to learn that Mike is actually referred to as Bush (Biafrabushboy). After paying the bills and stuff, Emperor introduced himself as Lekan, after which he ask me to hang out with him tomorrow at his sis birthday, and the rest is story….
Back to the Present..
“I have just been managing oo, since you left for the UK, you never contacted me, for 7 good years, and now you called me your nigga, if I hear” I responded, “it wasn’t actually my fault, my dad send me to school in Texas - United State of America and My sister to Paris-France, I lost my phone at the airport, and I had just returned last month, im sorry bro, I really missed you” he said sounding sincere. We hugged again.
“How’s Stelly(actually her name is stella but we call her Stelly -onstelly because shes always watching the TV, back then oo, not now),” I inquire, “she’s fine” he replied, ”she’s actually returning back from paris very soon, probably next month” he continued. “wow that’s great. Anyway what brought you here all the way from the United State to Ogun State” I asked.
“My dad wants to extend his company here Ogun State, so he wants me to be a member of his team here in Ogun.” He replied. “Wow, that’s great” I replied, “that means I’d be around for long time” he said, “so let’s start catching up from where we’ve missed out” he added. “that would be great” I responded, “I have a couple of guys – area Junior Brother whom would need Job in case you guys are employing ooo (that’s how we Nigerian do, Booking of Vacancy, lol)” I quickly added.
Emperor looked me, responded with a Nod Smilling, I could guess what he is thinking, ‘well, if you aren’t for the street, you can’t understand the struggle’ I said to myself.

Before he could say a word, his phone ranged, he picked it up and spoke with the person, all through his conversations I could sense distress in it. “Something came up, and it urgently require my Attention, Gotta go” he said. I had seen it coming as per listening to his conversation, so we Exchange contact information. “do you need me to give you a ride?” He asked. “No guy, Gotta See one of my old long Course mate back in Nursing school (by that I meant Lolade or should I say – lawlahdey, we’ve been friends, not the-Other-Room friendship oo, It’s just Good Friend, she Got posted to Abeokuta Recently since she worked with Precious Pharmacy – will talk about her later)” I replied. “I will call you” was our last conversation for the day before he zoomed of in his Black-Coloured Range Rover sport. All I did was wave at the scene..
