How many shops do Hausa or Yoruba people own in Cameroon, Ghana, Togo, South Africa, Malawi, Sierra-Leone, Gabon UK, United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong-kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Germany, China, Taiwan, South Korea, India and countless other countries all over the world? Those are not Igbo Cities after all. Perhaps, they deny Hausas shops like the Igbo did In all these countries, but Igbos own shops and do business in those countries.
This is exactly how lazy people complain when they failed in business. If you can't compete on your own land, how are you going to do that in Igboland or on a neutral ground?
Every Igbo city has a place exclusively mapped out for Hausas free of charge for temporary use (that is the truth they will not tell you). Of course you know, Hausa man has his own pattern of business and shops, mostly in form of kiosk where he sells his petty goods and provisions on a free given portion of the street. Another good business they do in the east is money exchange and cattle business which they control in every Igbo city on a free given land; 100% factual. Go to Owerri, Umuahia, Enugu, Awka. Nnewi. Aba etc.
Igbos don't wait for free land or free portion to be allocated for them, they buy them from indegenes who always have it free by inheritance or by allocation but don't know what to do with them. Only quota system person will wait for allocation before he starts business.
How many shops do Hausas have in Lagos and other south west states? or do the Yoruba deny them shops too? Can you compare the number of shops and markets owned by Hausas in Yoruba land to the number owned by the Igbos?
Igbos rent shops from the landlords. Igbos buy lands from the host to build shops. Igbos buy land from their host to build markets. Igbos don't wait for shop or land allocations to start up their businesses.
How many markets have the Hausa built in Lagos? None. How many markets have the Yoruba build in the north? None or do the Hausa and the Yoruba deny selling land to each other too, like the Igbos denied them?
But Igbos have used their money to buy plots of land in south west and north and built many markets that help to develop these regions.
To be honest, not every Igbo traders in south west or north can compete with the traders in the east. The traders in the east are real geniuses in trading. They are wizards in buying and selling more than those igbos traders in the west and north.
You have to first compete with the Igbo traders in your own territory before you think of competing with them in their own territory. Business is based on competition, the question is,can you compete? There are shops in Onitsha main market, but can you afford to rent them? Even when you do, what do you intend to sell to regain your investments and survive the competition ?.
Is it an igboman that sacrificed to be single till the age of 40 to balance his business achievements before marriage you want to compete with? Igbo man who wears worn-out cloths with bathroom slippers to save money for his bussiness? Or the one that maintains just one wife-you choose to compete with?....The ones that married, how many children do they agreed to have? All these are sacrifices in order to save more for their business.
Nobody competes with the fulanis in their cow bussiness or you think they don’t make money in that? Please leave the igbos alone, bussiness is their God given talent

Home Office, a UK ministerial department responsible for immigration, says trafficked women from Nigeria who get wealthy from prostitution are held in high esteem upon their return to the country.

In the June edition of its country policy on the trafficking of women in Nigeria, it said: “Nigeria is a source, transit and destination country for the trafficking of women and girls for forced labour and sexual exploitation”.

"However trafficked women who return from Europe, wealthy from prostitution, enjoy high social-economic status and in general are not subject to negative social attitudes on return. They are often held in high regard because they have improved income prospects.”

The statement irked members of parliament and anti-trafficking/anti-slavery activists in the UK who berated the department, asking it to tender an apology.

But Charlotte Proudman, a human rights lawyer, said Home Office’s report is different from what she has seen while defending women in immigration courts. According to her, most of the women are destitute and are often rejected by their family, while asking Home Office to issue an apology:

“The Home Office’s deplorable policy on the trafficking of women in Nigeria shows the hostility that women victims face in claiming asylum in the UK. Suggesting that trafficked women are wealthy and enjoy a [high] socioeconomic status is fundamentally wrong,”

European countries are more developed and among the first world countries. They are made up of the same ethnic group in a single country.

For example England is predominantly English
France is predominantly French
Netherlands is predominantly Dutch.

These people have a common language, ancestry and a common goal.

Just look at Nigeria for example where they packed Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Edo, ijaw into one country.

Like we have anything in common.

Imagine a country with Igbo people only, a country with Hausa people only, a country with Yoruba people only.

We don't have to worry which tribe is going to rule or if my ethnic group have senate President or federal appointment or not.

We'll focus on building our ethnic nation. I swear Nigeria must divide. We are not one

The genocide and pogrom meted on Igbos in the civil war has been defended vigorously by Yorubas as justification for the so-called Igbo coup of Jan 15, 1966.

That coup was planned and executed by 6 mid-ranking officers at which 4 where Igbos.

With Fulanis going on rampage in Buhari's Nigeria, killing and raping without the Fulani controlled security apparatus doing nothing to stem the violence and bring the criminals to justice but rather offering excuses and justifications for fulani artrocities, one has to wonder why the Yorubas have not applied their same 1966 rule on the fulanis?

Far from it. Instead these same yorubas are the ones that will deny the Fulani make up of the terrorist band, deny both the extent and level of the jihadist mob and even downplay it as fake news.

If they are not engaging in their usual denial tactics, they will be accusing phantom opposition figures of being behind the terrorist organization solely to discredit their god, Buhari.

Have you also noticed how Yorubas are also behind the virtue signalling bullsh!t of condemning every person who is rightfully wary of Fulani herdsmen claiming that it will be wrong to judge an entire tribe over the actions of a few bad eggs.

Why then do the Yorubas still defend the massacre of igbos in the northern pogroms of 1966 and 1967 and also the state orchestrated genocide as necessary punishment to teach the Igbos a lesson over the Jan 15 coup?
