I didn't do the finance interview, I can only tell you about the pymetric video games. The game just want to test how you react to failures and and you come back after failing and your decision making skills. They know you might make some mistakes after playing a game that requires attention or focus, but what they are interested is that after failing one or two times, did you sit back to learn why you failed and the tricks involved and how to avoid failing the subsequent ones.

This is still what I've in my mail

My opinion might be wrong, but from previous years, once you don't get a congratulatory message after playing the game for at most 24 hours, you didn't scale through the personality they are looking for in the role. It's the online video interview that they take their time more to assess, except for those persons they sent regret mail immediately.

This does not represent the views of Unilever, but just my observation.

I know from one of the What'sApp group I belong to. But no one is willing to pass out any vital information. It's their choice and you won't blame them. The purpose of the assessment is for everyone to stand at a fair advantage.

Anyone who chooses to share tips or questions, its left for the person to do.

For me, I can't even remember any of the questions. Just know that they are all scenario based questions. Not your normal questions of "tell me about yourself, and all that trash".
