Considering your location (Bogije), I’d recommend you do any type of soakaway in the dry season. However, use this period to arrange all materials needed as price of materials are always lower in the rainy season



This is location dependent. For Bogije, I’d recommend cast and sink

Also what is the size of your building that the electrician is quoting 5pkts of looping box. That is equivalent to 100 lighting points

I actually used 6 inches for the surrounding, it's only the foundation part 9 units was used for, would full conduit still work?

The land is not water logged, it's upland.

After the roofing, the next stage is pipping of both electrical and plumbing.

Note: conduit pipping is better than surface pipping. That is why it's better to use 9inches blocks, surrounding the wall of your building, 6inches for demarcation.

If your land at present is waterlogged, you need to wait till those water dry off to save cost of labor and materials for the soakaway.

The highlighted is lupin box.

Negotiate the workmanship and insist you will buy materials yourself.

Coming from Ajah,Berger and Tipper garage are NOT bus stops. The only b/stops are ilaje and Complex. Lagos state approved.

Osapa is NOT a bus stop either way. Elegushi bus stop is only valid for lekki to Ajah, not the other way.

For years have seen people refer to all of these places as bus/stop. Whether approved by government or not am not aware, but am sure people in that environ recognize them as bus/stop.

I also previously stated that they are not popular, particularly when compared to others in that axis.

Not really. When coming from Ajah, theres no Tipper garage and Berger b/stops. Salem is what i missed.

We have both of them, though not commonly used.

Berger bus stop is between Ilaje and shopping complex. Tipper garage bus/stop is where we have the conservation center, immediately after the toll gate before chevron. Aside from those two, you also missed Osapa and Elegushi (where we have Meadow Hall).
