Glenn Hoddle praised Sergio Aguero after the Argentine ensured Manchester City travel to Roma with something to play for in their last Champions League group game.

Aguero was again man of the match as City beat 10-man Bayern Munich at the Etihad Stadium, after twice going behind to the German champions.

Hoddle said: "He’s incredible. It was a magnificent performance from him. When a team go down to 10 men as Bayern did, you’d imagine that with City being at home they’d be peppering the goal.

Very funny. The government, media or sports administrators never do anything to televise our local leagues. How do you want people to develop like and affinities with these local clubs.

I remember when I was younger, the NTA televised games regularly and I had an affinity with Lobi Stars. I still can remember Sunday Ibeji, Greg Etafia, Emma Issah and Onyekachi Okoye.


As long as the league is not being promoted and the pitches are not developed, you can not blame people for not supporting.

Security is also an Issue,I can't go to any nigeria stadium to watch a night match.
