My observation so far from my interactions with Mr. Tugrow: He is too busy for customers, especially new ones. I decided to give Tugrow a try after much consideration last week. I sent the links for the items I wanted to be purchased and made several calls after which the total cost was given to me, I subsequently made payments the following day on Wednesday the 31st of January. I also had to follow up before items were purchased on the 1st. He also asked me to keep calling for updates.

Each time I call, he tells me to send a message on whatsapp which seldom gets replied, it's either he's busy when I call or the background is noisy such that he can't hear me.
I took a step further to confirm from the sellers if they have shipped my items to his warehouse, which they confirmed they did.
I am stuck now, as I don't know the next step to take. I need the items.

To Mr Tugrow, It would really help if you find a more organized way to deal with your orders and customers. It'd help a lot.
But please give me updates on my items, (I called a few minutes ago and you told me you were in a noisy place, so you know me.)

There is something you need to understand, there is nobody that will be happy for his or her clients/costumers not been satisfy with his or her services or product, unless he or she is not serious about his business. why should i be busy for new clients when i still need more clients to do business with?

yes, each time you called i am always busy either on a noisy background or busy. well bro, i am sorry for inconvenience but this job is some thing more differ from an office job, my office is at Alaba International market, and you should understand this area is always noisy always especially if i am on the street my background will be noisy,

As per not getting back to you on whatsapp, i'm so sorry for this, it not only you and i don't do it intentionally, i was very busy this week due to delayed in custom clearing our items since on 25th of January because of the loss of custom boss who does the signing before goods leaves airport, so all those goods were cleared this week as i am writing now , i have about 50+ massage to reply which i am still replying one by one, me myself i'm not comfortable with the issue of delay reply or response to clients, it just that this service need more hand especially in the area costumer support, but here is the plans, i'm working on our website and it 70% completed ,it will be ready before Chinese resumes from holiday ,we will have up to 5 costumer care support in our live chat to attend to you each time you need us, so please be a bit patient with me...
