Good evening my people of nairaland , my Hyundai Sonata was seize to move smoothly on a trip, no matter you throttle it, it move slowly , I stop check my fan and water was still intact , I turn off the engine and on again it picks up and move smoothly, I went back home and park , the next I check and start the car , it runs normal, I say let me test if I may experience any issues, on my way I saw the temperature raise , I quickly droves back to my mechanic since it was still closely... getting they he say the overheat has affected my engine that the need to work on the engine, after series of repairs from him , my engine is not running normal ,the exhaust of the engine keep on shooting as if the The engine plugs or nozzles are bad , before the engine talk he has changed plug and nozzle, even fuel pump, car still not in good condition

I've never seen a corporate businessman exchange banters with customers except tugrow. I don't know about 3k or delay but I know what I've seen so far here clearly shows that the dude is not serious about his business (except his Nairaland account is breached).

Before then.. After he gave me the link and I told him the link didnt work, all what your agent could say was hmmm nothing more.. I had to message him hours later before he said maybe its my phone.. Also. After I sent the 3k and he acknowledged seeing alert.. He didnt say a word like what are your orders or this is where to upload the orders or anything.

Normally I won't have replied you... I did just because I want you to see the flaws in your agents. Well maybe the person handling this account is one of the agents. First of all you all are arrogant.. Secondly, learn to protect the interest of your customers.. It helps, thirdly when people complain or say something bad about your business, dont attack them back, try to get to the root of the problem in the most civic manner ever.
You are serving your customers. Not they serving you.
They are giving you their money, so even if that money is 500naira, that money deserves respect. The person giving it out deserve respect too. God knows I still have plans on coming back to you guys.. But not any more.
Learn from all these banks and big organizations. First bank with all their customers will never call anyone hateful names or a scammer.. Even when the person is wrong.

this one does not hold water , 1) no one collected your money, I don’t see any reason you paid 3k when you were unable to sign in because you are supposed to pay that when you successfully send in your links (2) when you were told it may be from your phone , you didn’t bother to continue taking to us , and we collected your money and we stop texting you , which one is the truth?

Mine was around 2006 or 2007. I was working in a financial institution and nursed the idea of running a laundry business as a side gig due to an opportunity I saw. Prior to that time, there was a lady in the area I resided then, she worked at a business where I usually patronize, I observed she was a very good, decent and diligent lady, so I 'toasted' her (trust boys nau) but she was foot-dragging about my advances, so I decided to back- track.

Months later we spoke and she informed me she longer worked there, I was happy and she asked me why, I immediately told her my plans and offered her an opportunity to manage the new business I was about to set up to which she agreed. We launched the business, a sizeable one and I did a lot of marketing, so customers started pouring in, including my friends and church members.

The business went on very well for about 2 years and I was making money so comfortably that I wasn't really touching my salary where I worked except for the loan I took to start up, the lady didn't steal my money and even if she did, I didn't really care because I was happy with what she remitted, besides, I trusted her so much.

Then trouble started, she started giving me 'attitude', I was confused because we maintained a good working relationship, so on a fateful weekend, I took her out to have a discussion and the outcome shocked me!- She had been managing the business properly in my absence ( I only went there occassionally after I close from work in the evening) because she saw it as 'our' business, that she's been waiting for me to follow up on my earlier advances and start thinking of settling down with her, I was speechless.

To cut the long story short, she eventually left when she saw I was more interested in growing the business than having a relationship with her. Every manager afterwards was a sorry story, they stole so much that I wanted to close down the business, sadly, I encountered an unprecedented financial challenge at the time and sought investors, funny thing is that I even posted it here on Nairaland, that I was looking for investors....lol.........I eventually closed down the business and that experience remains one of the most painful in my life.

Conclusively, I'd say Human Resources was my bane. Without good and sincere people especially Managers, your business is likely to suffer.

next time , pls when your worker is doing great and a case that he or she is the eye of the business, please share profit and also make formal arrangements of settlement may be after some years of staying with you
