I want to share the experience I have with your company. I'm a first timer and I deeply regret dealing with your company.
I ordered for 3 watches and paid on the 26th of March. I patiently waited for my watches arrive, even though delay is not healthy for my business but I didn't complain. Now on the 10th of April, I'm getting bills from you charging me for express shipping.
I was lost. what's express about shipping over 2weeks. the attendant on phone was telling me because it's items with battery and it's part of their terms and conditions.
it sounded like an insult on my intelligence. Don't try to box people up in a corner.
I need response to this message, asap.

Exactly my point .His service is way too poor. First I asked for express delivery yet he used normal. Aside the issue of captcha, I register on the site but the confirmation emails sent to my two emails have not clickable links and I filled a ticket online to notify you of the errors but nothing has been done on them since yesterday. Do something please.
