Hello bro, this issue have been on for a while now, I know you have a policy of non return of money after payment but I will advise you to find way and settle with this guy, for a growing brand positive review is a goldmine if you intend being in business for a long period of time. Settle with him even if it means breaking your own rules. Just a suggestion cheers

He wants me to gather money return and place another order after he lost my goods two solid times and made me pass through rough road for the third order.

He has no shame and I had to take a time out with him. Now to return my left over balance from the lost goods he hasn't finish paying me for he said he has a policy of non refund.

How terrible. The reason I quoted him in the first place is because he is a friend I know personally, from what I understand he is not asking you to bring any money to order anything from him. He wants you to order from the money he is owning you. This is a small issue you can settle amicably, he does not have the intention of scamming you so stop calling him a scammer. You can either follow terms or beg him to reconsider and pay you cash.

1. You lost my goods twice.

2. I towed the lane of purchasing through you thrice and you delayed all these transactions for months on those occasions.

You simply made a mockery of yourself by asking me to return and do another transaction again for the fourth time forgetting that the previous once you did to refund half the funds was a fantastic mess.


Tugrow we didn't agree you shove your policy into my face after I requested for a full refund and you gave me no further option.

I only played along and did another transaction seeing you didn't want to bend but you messed up again. Now I am not longer interested in your rat race.
