We started on whatsapp, no need of telling him to come to whatsapp again, we can talk here....
to summarize this,

Firmjudge item loss on transit,worth 407rmb during that February rush because of china holiday, I explain to this that if your item loss on transit, we only rebuy the item, and not refund.....

First and second screenshot show when we had agreement, I told him will refund 3 times via placing order, if say he can accept 2 times, which he agreed..

After that this man has order goods with us again which went aside from he was complaining of the driver that we need to send item to his location, and promise to give us terrible reviews on nairaland because of the driver was telling him to come and get his goods that he want to leave Abuja
