The same NBC you are sending whatsoever screenshots you are sending, delivered my goods at the estimated time and that was even after i had used your company for my goods, after i saw you were delaying, i used my NBC twice, and my goods were delivered to me, i have even forgotten that i ordered through them, now see yours till today, my goods has not been delivered. So Get it into your Brain too, deliver my goods safely jeje.

Good morning folks, I am still on the voyage of getting it right with my popcorn business.
I am still at the point of getting it right.
The other day i went to a lady that sells baking ingredients to request for Karamson gold popcorn kernels the lady says she doesn't sell as it doesn't move in her shop so she advised me to buy Echex pop corn kernel as that is what her customers buy.

To cut the story long the Echex kernel is a big disaster as it takes forever to pop & if at all it does majority of the kernel dont pop.


Kernel would be taking close to 1 hour to pop as if na beans person they cook.

NBC, has been my shipping company from day 1, but i decided to use Tugrow because they said they order from Alibaba, Taobao, Aliexpress etc, which they don't after i sent my links to them. Try NBC. Their waybill from Lagos to Abuja depends on the guy that sends customers goods to people outside Lagos. His name is Mega.

Hello Mr, get this to your brain, no shipping company is bad, but nigerian lacks understanding the same NBC you say it ok with you, let me show a little screen shot of some others opinion about them, this does not make them a bad company or or an angel, bro no one can satisfy everybody at same time, , life is all about understanding, one thing I know is that we are doing our best, it you don't understand us, try alternative, the truth is number of our satisfy clients may not be here to give feedback about us except we ask them to give us feedback, the you will always remember to give feedback if deal goes wrong, we are not angel but we try our best to do our best if our best is not ok with you, you check other options .. in in one simple sentence everyone has its own right to opinion your opinion and view might not be same with others

After reading up stuffs online about import business i decided to use your logistics company. I read through your page registered because some of colleagues needed stuff from china. I placed an order but saw a notice that said a minimum of 3000 should be paid as a show of commitment to ones order. I paid the sum of 3000 into a first bank account named ABRAHAM SAMUEL GODWIN on the 8th of december 2018. After that i awaited responce from your team based on my order but non came. When I chatted Eunice about it on whatsapp she told me the goods would get to Nigeria next year and i explained that the goods are actually meant for the Christmas celebration that she should cancel the order let me get a refund. I chatted you up and even called you to explain and you said i should send my account details which i did. At a point you refused picking my calls. All Eunice kept saying was she was gonna get back to me which usually doesn't. All I want is the refund of my money.

if Eunice was the one that attended to you, contact her and provide her her with your account details to confirm your payment and issue you refund since you cancel the order... If a customer service assistant is assigned to you you work with him for record purposes, not coming to another person, so please kindly contact Eunice, she will approved your refund and you will be refunded
