Let me tell you something for free.Everyone who lives long enough will experience depression in some way.The degree is what may differ.The ultimate futility and fragility of the human condition is depressing and so it is normal to be depressed. I do not know what qualifies you to pontificate about that as if somehow being depressed dehumanizes him or devalues what he has to say.In fact it would almost be abnormal if he were not depressed and ,maybe he is getting that "help" by airing his views who are you to judge.............

Stop misquoting me, I didn't blame him for airing his views, the guy has some valid points as to why he became an atheist though, but still he needs help and nairaland wont offer him that..

Atheist are straight forward and reason beyond how ordinary people would .. But this particular guy stories doesn't add up for me.. Just my opinion though, now you can swerve

These are some of the reasons I dont take religion serious any longer, when you turn yourself into a religious manaic, a religious fanatic, a religious weirdo, you lose your way entirely because the more you look the less you see..

I am not an Atheist, neither do l belive in do or die christianity.. Many churches and pastors have brainwashed their followers in which you are a victim and at the same time the villain.

There is God absolutely, he exists, I have seen things happens that are extra ordinary.. Both personally and to my close relatives that has God written all over it..

The problem is Nigerians takes things too far, Worshipping God is not a do or die, the bible is written by humans and therefore not 100% accurate.. But one thing that is 100% true in the Bible is the statement '' my people perish because they lack knowledge ''

I never go to church again since I found out it does more damage than good to my thinking and it is killing me soflty.. There are too much deceits and lies and l aint gonna be part of that but there is God.. So l just sit in my room, say a thank you prayer and made little or no request because if i asked God to spare someones life, wont he eventually die cos we are all bound to die, if l ask God to bless me now, wont l go broke again, if I ask God to heal me, won't l get sick again? So why should I keep bothering him?..

All I do now is just to say thank you God and whatever he adds on top of that I see as a bonus.

Life aint hard, we are making it so ourselves..

I know the atheist wont understand my view neither would most Christian fanatics.. I'm just a man knowing God in my own lane without the influence of idiots..

And Op, a word of advice, you need help, you are experiencing depression, it is the truth..
