one more thing, you would have to provide me with a utility to update the topic and/or videos i.e add more topics or delete a video whenever i deem it fit , if this utility is not provided then the application would not serve the intended purpose, any thoughts? thanks in advance

it will run on windows os from win xp to win7/8, if possible linux,

the data will be stored locally, probably integrated into the application

hello, avasoft, could you please design for me a program with the following functions

1 the program would have an interface , split into two. a small one and a big one

2 the small interface would contain table of contents e.g topics and subtopics that can be clicked on

3 the big interface would play a recorded video file when the appropriate topic or subtopic is clicked in the small interface and it would have the option of play, stop , fast forward, rewind and enlarge(full screen) and next
