I am sorry but this was a wrong move. This is only the primaries and you are This shaken and distraught. Incumbent governor trying to discredit his party opponent. This just proves the speculations that he is not a team player. I believe that it should be sanwo-olu trying to discredit Ambode, but Ambode has already discredited himself with shoddy performance and stupid arrogance.
Believe me, nobody has more dirt than a sitting governor. All politicians have one or the other. People still voted ibori.
All this would not have happened if he had just performed well for both people and party. funny thing is that, all sanwo-olu has to do to counter thsee allegations is to state that the governor knew all of this and still retained him as a staff. That the fact that the incumbent has retained him for long shows a vote of confidence from the incumbent. He should just go ahead and state that he has no grouse with the incumbent. That he has served under him for more than 3 years, he has seen his lapses in governance and he is only here to correct his mistakes and improve on his achievements.
[/b] Really like your comment. He didn't do well for the party, yet he didn't for the citizens (e.g Agege motor road/ Lagos-Abeokuta expressway. Turned from a highway to almost an untarred street road). He is simply a bad manager/administrator. |
Agriculture › Re: Kalahari Red Goats Farming In Nigeria - All You Should Know Before Starting by tunde2222: 5:38pm On Sep 26, 2018 |
naijafarmers: The Kalahari Red goats are amongst the most craved goat breeds in Africa. Bred for meat purposes, they are distinctive and genetically special goat breeds originating from South Africa, like other high quality breeds such as the Savana and Boer.
The name emanated from their red coat and the Kalahari desert, which spans the border of Botswana, South Africa and Namibia.
This goat breed is getting more recognition, and many populations of the Kalahari red goats are being adopted in Nigeria and in many nations, including Australia, Brazil and the United States, due to its unique qualities, including the tenderness of its meat, the camouflage, the hardiness and more.
Here are some of the top reasons why the Kalahari Red goats are being reared, and are considered as important in Nigeria – their characteristics;
Appearances They have long, floppy ears, loose skin in their neck area and moderately-sized, sloping horns above their ears. Their skin is fully pigmented, which allow them to forage and increase weight gains through the heat of the day. The does have full and properly attached udders and teats (Roysfarm). Their earthy colour makes them less visible to predators (Embryoplus)
Kalahari Goat Meat Nutritious Values The meat is so nutritious with a nice texture. It contains a higher percentage of iron than its rivals.
The percentage of protein it possesses matches that of the beef, while also containing the least percentage of fat and saturated fat, when compared to other animals reared for meat purposes.
Raising Kalahari Red goats Raising these goats can be less stressful. These goats are truly African in nature, due to their survival instincts and readiness to adapt to any condition and habitats. They display wide-grazing capabilities, and can feed on various types of plants, grass and grains, when compared to sheep. They are good protectors of their offsprings, and they are resistant to various internal and external inflicting parasites.
Kalahari Red Goat Farming in Nigeria These breeds are readily available by varieties of goat suppliers in Nigeria. If you are one, let us know in the comments section. Interested in goat farming? Click here to read on how to start goat farming in Nigeria.
Why you should consider rearing them The goat meats are usually in high demand in specific areas of the country, and they grow relatively fast. This goat breed is very suitable for commercial goat farming business.
More Economic Values Skin from the Kalahari Red provides the best leather material for the tannery industries. This, if properly harnessed for international trade, has a great potential as a foreign exchange earner and can put Nigeria in an enviable position in the global leather industry.
Source: https://naijafarmers.com/2018/09/22/kalahari-red-goats-farming-nigeria/ very good and informative writeup. But why have you decided not to answer questions related to price and how we can get it. |

Hi, What about Nokia 2 crossfire47: Its not advisable to use those devices you mentioned, the taxify team would also tell you the same because they have GPS and software compatibility issues. Try getting a device from one of d top dogs, Samsung, Apple, HTC...for more details, use Google. |

Health › Re: Speech Therapist In Owerri Needed For My Son by tunde2222: 8:17am On Mar 07, 2018 |
Hi, don't know if my situation could be helpful. My daughter is just 3yrs and 1 month. She was having a similar problem till about 2 yrs 10 months until I noticed some things and made amendment. 1. She used to watch a lot of audio-visuals starting from about 35 days old. (we thought it would help reduce normal baby cries). 2. After a short while of watching an audio-visual, she would always act or say the words of the next scene before it gets there. Hence, she was always interacting with her friends in the TV. I can remember a particular line in Dora " Where are we going" and the answer "Apple tree". Till date if you ask my daughter "where are we going" her first answer will be apple tree until you correct her and mention where you are headed again. My SOLUTION I stopped her from watching audio-visuals and within a month, there was tremendous improvement. It's just about 3 months plus and she is getting better. Though she still has a problem with socializing (It will take her at least 30 mins of staying around people before she starts playing with them. Callmemike: I will try to be very brief. My son is some months shy of 4 years old. However he has not started talking. When he was almost 2 years we took him to FMC owerri for examination. The result said he was ok. Unsatisfied we went after some months. They referred us to the International Speech and Hearing Centre Enugu.
There the result was that his hearing is limited. They said we should come for a reevaluation when he is past 3 years to see if his hearing has improved or if he needs a hearing aid. But we were advised to enroll him into a school to increase his interactions. The problem with this then was his repeated bouts of illness after each two weeks in school. We tried homeschooling him for a term and half afterwards. This term we have enrolled him into a new, regular school and he has adapted just fine.
Between this period, we have visited other hospitals for evaluation and they said it is ok. That he is just a late developer.
We just went for a reevaluation and they said he does not need a hearing aid and that his hearing is very OK now. They recommended a professional speech therapist to help him pronounce words, since all he does is just babbles. He captures things fast and can act out a full cartoon movie.
So please if any info is available about a speech therapist in Owerri, it will be appreciated. Other advices are also welcome.
Mods, please help me push this to the front page. A child needs your help and i believe in your epatant care. Thank you |
