I don't know what warranted displaying of placards, is it that the PDP don't have agents or they don't count the votes at the polling units? It is possible a deal is being brokered to cushion the effect of Saraki's fall so instead of a whole lot of broken bones, he gets just a broken leg and a few fractures here and there.
