He has since lost 10 pounds.

Finally somebody is talking some sense, but the big question remains "Does this mean privacy is no more in this generation?"
A former Former EU energy commissioner Günther Oettinger, has stirred the hornet's nest.
I read in The Guardian that the 61-year-old said it was stupid for celebrities to put their nude photos online and then complain when they are leaked.

“If someone is stupid enough as a celebrity to take a nude photo of themselves and put it online, they surely can’t expect us to protect them," Oettinger said.

"Stupidity is something you can only partly save people from.”

You know, when the news of the nude photos scandal first dropped, I wondered why the people involved took the photos in the first place.
Then, why did they not delete them?
But the scandal grew bigger, swallowing people like Rihanna, Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Gabrielle Union and a host of others.
Now, I just think, technology is stealing our lives.
I say so because most modern smartphones can upload the pictures you snap without even informing you.
As you sign in to cloud services, so goes your privacy.
So is taking nudes even worth it... or is it just plain stupidity like Oettinger said.

According to reports, the stars were rear-ended by the intoxicated driver when they were stopped at a red light on Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway. With two children in the backseat of the vehicle, Lopez's car was hit at the light.

There are reports that the driver sped off from the scene, but was later found and reprimanded by cops, who determined that he had been drinking. The suspect is reportedly facing DUI and hit-and-run charges

Time to break off the silence, US national team goalkeeper Hope Solo has joined other celebrities who have spoken out against the recent nude leaks online. She addressed the issue on facebook saying,

"It is extremely sad and unfortunate that the rights of so many women were violated by the unauthorized release of private photographs," Solo, 33, wrote. "This act goes beyond the bounds of human decency and, as such, I stand united with all the women affected and am exploring every option to protect my privacy."

Solo also discussed the domestic violence charges filed against her, after her alleged fight with her sister and 17-year-old nephew.

"In addition, while I understand that the public desires more information regarding the allegations against me, I continue to maintain my innocence against these charges," Solo wrote on Facebook. "And, once all the facts come to light and the legal process is concluded, I am confident that I will be fully exonerated."

She has pleaded not guilty and the case is scheduled for trial Nov. 4. She faces up to six months in jail if convicted.
Other celebrities affected by the nude photo leak include Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence, Gabrielle Union, Meagan good, Ariana Grande, Rihanna and Kaley Cuoco.

"We have done nothing wrong," Gabrielle Union said in a statement. "While they may have stripped us of our right to privacy, they cannot take our strength, dignity or our voice."

Actress of the "Think like a man" franchise, Gabrielle Union is one of the victims of the latest wave of the massive celebrity nude photo leaks known as “The Fappening,” and she had a lot to say about the violation. The actress released a joint statement with husband Dwayne Wade in which they condemned the hacking, called it a hate crime and offered support to other victims. The couple commented that the attack reflects a familiar pattern of victimization and stripping of autonomy from women, particularly women of color.

Union and Wade released their statement to TMZ after learning that naked selfies taken by the actress had surfaced. The statement begins,

“It has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures.” It continues, “I can’t help but be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of color, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide.”

The statement concludes,

“For anyone out there also being affected by these and other hacking and hate crimes – we send our love, support and prayers. We have done nothing wrong.” The Independent reports that Union has said she plans to contact the FBI regarding the hacking and theft.

Rihanna is the latest celebrity to become victim in what seem to be an ongoing phone hacking scam.
Early Sunday AM, two nude pictures that appear to be RiRi were leaked onto 4chan/Reddit - one with a censored version of her breasts and the other pic showing bare ass and slight nipple, according to TMZ.
Both pictures were reportedly taken during 'some sort of a fitting' but location is not known yet. Its obvious the celebrity hackers are back with a vengeance.
We earlier reported that a second group of leaks stormed online this weekend featuring nude pics of what appears to be Kim Kardashian, Vanessa Hudgens, Kate Bosworth and Hope Solo. Gabrielle Union who's also a victim has confirmed she'll contact the FBI after her topless photos leaked yesterday.

However, Rihanna and her legal team are still to comment.

Nick Cannon who is not smiling present in his marriage had a reason to in the finale of america's got talent on Tuesday, Sept. 16, where he wore the world's most expensive pair of shoes.

The shoes were created by jewelry designer Jason Arasheben, founder of Jason of Beverly Hills and reportedly have more than 14,000 full-cut round white diamonds set onto white gold, totaling 340 carats, Women's Wear Daily reports. The shoes according to Arasheben took about 2,000 hours to make.

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) says the death toll in the Synagogue Church building collapse in the Ikotun area of Lagos has risen to 40.

"It’s now 40 dead,” NEMA southwest coordinator Ibrahim Farinloye, told AFP by text message.

124 people have so far been rescued alive from the rubble of the building said to be a guesthouse for foreign followers of the church. The building collapsed as construction work was going on to raise the 2-storey building to a five storey building.
