In India, while the WhatsApp chat interface and Instagram posts and stories are active, transferring any form of media, including audio and images, appear to be frozen for now.
Sending of files are still active, hinting this may be some sort of a widespread server bug preventing individuals from downloading content that has been shared.
As of 8:30 pm IST, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram had been inactive for nearly over an hour. While exchanging text messages on WhatsApp remained possible, users in other parts of the world such as Scotland and Zimbabwe confirmed that the app had gone down completely in Europe and the US. With no official update yet, there is no clarity on when the features might be restored.

This airtel Night plan na joke, the thing airtel do me on Saturday midnight no be small tin.
I did the #200 Night plan around 12:48am, believe u me my ucbrowser no connect to the internet, I had to call the customer care na so dem come dey tell me rubbish say the issue would be resolved in the next 12hs after my data Don expire .
But trust Niger guy, I disturbed them till they blocked me from calling customer care.
In the picked up another airtel line because no be the first time dem do am be dat

If you're using am MTN or any other usb internet dongle, you would struggle. The best way is to visit zinox website or contact them for drivers.

zinox website is useless, I can not search for my specific system drivers on their site. I have manage to solve the graphics drivers problem by going true Intel site now am currently looking for Bluetooth driver, tankz by the way for the advice.
