Good evening.

I seriously need tips on how to add weight.
I work with a bank and usually take light breakfast like tea and bread or egg and bread. And i dont usually take lunch until 5pm because of the nature of my job.

I really need advice on how to gain weight because people are telling me that i am getting slim and it is really affecting me. I have tried the gym but could not keep up because of my tight schedule and i rarely take beer so what other tips can i use to add weight.

This is becoming worrisome to me. In just less than a year I've consumed alot of drugs trying to deal with this typhoid.
It's either malaria or it comes in handy. I can't be taking drugs all time with no results. It's not healthy taking so much drugs.
