seunlayi:This is a very straight forward strategy even crude villagers in the North have done this before at some point when they picked up family members of kidnappers and insisted that they will deal with them if they dont release those kidnapped. It is also same strategy sunday Igboho engaged when he told fulani elders in Igboho that they will be dealt with if they dont engage their "sons" who are kidnapping yoruba people in Igboho... The next step will be for the govt to round up all fulani terrorist sympathisers among yhe elites...those are the equivalent of their family members on a larger scale... All this one that Miyetti Allah is writing petition and claiming to be innocent, law abiding citizens...hiding under constitutional right will not work...once those in town stary feeling the heat, they will engage those in the bush to end banditry |
LordBiden:If he has the balls to move those things to Lagos and Ogun then you should know that he has the capacity to spread it across if well aligned...will you rather replace him with another southerner who wont have the courage to withstand the noise, arm twisting and distractions through heightened violence? |
TimeManager:Hope our southern and middle belt brothers will allow him finish the good work....Restructuring isnt always by muscle |
zyphr:This is always my response when some people say that they voted for yorubas and cite obasanjo in a bid to show that tgey are not tribalistic...you voted against yoruba interest even when there were just 2 yorubas on the ballot |
Is it normal for an application filed in July 2024 to still be showing the status "Case is still being processed by USCIS...." |
If this guy stays in good health, he is a strong contender for the VP slot in 2031 and probably a president some day....controversial but active and knows how to connect with the grassroot |
Gadafii:They also paved way for Ayatollah Khomenei to return to IRAN against the Shah in 1979 |
Ola9ja23:It happened in Nigeria but he is a Nigerian American so dem catch am |
ShenTeh:Unlike Buhari, the sentiments against El-Rufai in the North are different and not unanimous. Firstly the people of southern Kaduna and Northern christians see him as a religious bigot and do not like him, though they saw Buhari same way in 2015 but still loved for his supposed anti-corruption stance which El-Rufai doesnt have. Secondly the common, poor northerner sees El-Rufai as anti-people/masses his policies of housing destruction, mass sacking e.t.c firmed that up, that was one sentiment buhari didnt have, the poor, northern mass loved him. Thirdly the Shia muslims dont like him cos of what he did to Zakzakky, unlike Buhari who was loved across all sections of the Northern muslim voters, fourthly, those who are enlightened and educated don't like him cos of his posture towards criticism and the human right issues against him. Though Buhari had the same human right concerns but they explained it for him, as necessary for fighting corruption, lastly the Northern political class view him with suspicion cos of his documented treacherous behaviors, unlike Buhari whom they trusted to keep to his words and act consistently towards those who have bn loyal to him..... Trust me many of them are happy about his predicament |
onuman:Ask yourself same, what good has Obi brought to your family to deserve the presidential slot, and if you are from Anambra, what good did he bring to you and your family as governor that trumps that of Tinubu, that makes you feel he deserves it. Take away ethnic bigotry, think, think deeply |
Penguin2:When e reach your turn appoint who go tell Trump to break Nigeria |
diabolo:Please what day did you travel and where is your point of entry |
has anyone with a b1/b2 obtained way back tried to travel to the US after Jan 1, what was the experience? |
Brendaniel:So which ideology did Obi display when he paired with a northern islamic fulani as his deputy in 2019...And what ideology is he currently displaying as he is pairing with Northern islamic fulani leaders like Kwankwaso, El-Rufai, Atiku... And which ideology did the south east display when the voted for Bashir Tofa against Abiola in 1993 simply because Tofa's vice candidate was an Igbo man called syslvester Ugoh.... which ideology made the South east to vote for Shagari against Awolowo simple because Shagari's deputy was an Igbo man called Alex Ekwueme... which ideology made Azikiwe insist that secession be excluded from our constitution and got everyone locked in by force....which Ideology made Zik to prefer the Northern islamic fulanis of Ahmadu Bello and Tafawa Balewa in 1959-1966... And which ideology made a group of major igbo young officers to murder military and civilian leaders across every part of Nigeria while sparing their own only to tag it a "National revolutionary coup"....which ideology made Ironsi to proclaim his unification decree to weaken sub-nationals and strengthen the center while weakening our system of regional govt....Nigeria didnt start in 2015 and for the better part of Nigeria's existence, yorubas were in the opposition and did it peacefully without spewing bullshit or accusing others when they exercise their civil right to vote.... which ideology made the SE to give 97% of their votes to their son while still harassing SW people who marginally gave only about 60% to their own son |
Make this one's better keep quiet before they attract Trump's anger |
One thing I have learnt, when you get to power let your wife be reasonably involved and dont ridicule her... I dont think Late Stella, Turai or Patience will write comments disparaging their husbands in anyway...Buhari over caged Aisha even said she belongs to the bedroom and kitchen...That isnt how to treat a partner when you are in power...even Patience Jonathan with all her flaws was still allowed to be a leader of women and participate in govt |
See this chideren o...una no know say una suppose dey low key in support of una papa wey dey go through a lot rai now |
simpleseyi:And before then, he go don stop open grazing and provide support for regional/state police plus sensitize Hausas and Northern Minorities to take political power across the North and retire those Fulani elites holding us to ransom through their violent militia |
oalandAgents2:There is nothing like ancient grazing route...except the land was expressly purchased by whoever was the ancient herder and then passed down to his descendants...If that didnt happen then the ancient grazing route was just someone's land, farm, village which the fulanis grazed through from Senegal to Calabar... and that doesnt make it theirs. Also recently such settlements have bn used to accommodate fore8gn fulanis by local fulanis and them used as launch pad for violent attacks , genocide and extermination of villages...Moreover Fulani kids born in those kind of settlements end up learning the local language and customs while remaining Fulani at heart and soul thus using their wider violence network to exert dominance and political leadership over the settlers...This is how the northern elites have remained Fulani bloods since Fodio's jihad |
mrvitalis:Was Buhari popular for any good reason beyond blind loyalty from his Northern foot soldiers...why did no-one plan a coup against him when dollar moved by almost 400 % from 197 to 740 or when Fuel moved from almost 300 percent from 97 to 400+...when rice moved by almost 500% from 6000 to 30000. When he borrowed against future crude sales and bankrupted the present and future of the country...when he allowed his cousins and nephew to run the countey as they Dim fit...but anytime a southerner holds power and tries to clear the mess caused by previous administration in its own way...the Northe gets jittery and starts planning something funny....sadly there are southerners always willing to cheer them on until they get their wish and push us further down the drain |
When he was Chairman of Apapa port decongestion did he give this recommendation to the Abacha govt? When he was in the Jonatha economic management team for 5 years also, what did he do about this?. Can he also tell us how much the givt makes from this port versus the little fraction that is to be spent to maintain it? We know political, divisive and ethnicity based comments versus genuine attempts to solve problems... |
Man is probably a polygamist with many children/sons. It is easier to let go than a southerner where this may be his only son or one of fewer children...Besides, balanced properly integrated grandchildren who are alive and healthy are more useful to him than a dead son. The deed is done and I think he did right in this circumstance |
I applied for EB NIW since July last year and it still shows that it is being processed by USCIS as of now....is there a way to know what is actually happening and is this a good or bad sign |
Where was his comment when Gentle the Yahoo, executed 3 able bodied young Igbo sons who he groomed for violence and called his boys...then acted as judge and executioner to dispatch them to his maker...where was his comment when killings and abduction continues unabated by IPOB and UGM in the southeast |
ernieboy:If I know that there is no southern unity...u think Tinubu doesn't know?... did he tell you that he relied on southern unity to get hold of power... which yoruba politician that yorubas want did the igbos ever vote for?... Awolowo(didnt even win any locak govt in igbo land), Abiola (lost 3 out of the 4 igbo states of the time to Tofa), Olu Falae (lost totally to an Obasanjo that yorubas didnt even vote for), Tinubu (didnt even win a ward in igbo land).... we know the politics of southern Nigeria and know our allies...And Tinubu isn't a small man in the game.. he has moved his game to the south south...Wike, Akpabio, Edo, Delta....he knows those who ain't blinded by ethnic sentiment... And once again the yorubas who were coerced into false liberalism by those who dont understand liberalism have already realised their mistakes...they won't allow anyone package ethnic sentiment for them and brand it as the next best thing after slice bread without any history of performance to back it up....south west, south south, divided votes in North East, North West and North Central...that is enough |
franchasng:Was there a contract to build such in the first place, or it was built to further the interest of whoever built it...on foreign land!... |
Ofunaofu:But Obi's yes Daddy voice note isn't religious manipulation Where was the southern loyalty when Jonathan was making skewed appointments despite getting south western support in 2011 but suddenly remembers that only south eastern, south southern and Northerners (who didnt even vote for him) were the best for appointments. We're was southern loyalty in 1993 when Abiola lost 3 out of the 4 south eastern states of that time against a Northerner. You expect Tinubu to shoot himself in the leg and pick a Northern Christian feather weight so your Atiku or Obi can ride him anyhow in the election Make una dey play |
Nedu2144:Pls what strategy did you apply to learn french |
Why women dey always talk like say men dey gullible... "Na now she dey open to marriage..." |
Righteousness2:Do you know the people who occupied your own village 300 years ago?...if they come back today to drive your people out simply cos their own history book told them that they were there before you, how will that feel. Should the descendants of the canaanites, amalekites etc whom the children of isreal drove out to take over canaan and called it isreal, also stand up based on the documented history to claim their rights over the land... Just food for thought if you will look at it outside your religious mind |
dalongjnr:Killing someone is a criminal offence and totally within the jurisdiction of the courts. However internal affairs of the national assembly is not. Only issues bothering on not following due process in the removal, can be entertained by the court, as well as proven criminal actions like sexual harassment, violence etc but an internal process like suspending a senator according to the due process of the senate is not what a court can interfere with |
Mabuggi88:SouthEast has always played this kind of politics against the Southwest. They did it against Abiola and gave 3 out of their 4 states (at that time) to Tofa. They did it against Awolowo in 1979 , they will quickly use Obasanjo as example...but even that one they still voted against yoruba interest in 1999 when 2 yorubas were the key flag bearers, they still picked an Obasanjo who wasn't yoruba's choice and couldn't even win his local govt in ogun state...the Igbos still made sure to vote the yoruba candidate that yorubas didn't want... This pattern of negativity didn't start in 2015 when a yoruba man aligned with the North, it started in 1959 when Awolowo aggressively wanted a coalition with Zik to create a more progressive government but Zik decided to pick a Northern alliance with Ahmadu Bello, who still ended up teaching him politics by not ceding power to him but rather allowed his "boy" Tafawa Balewa to lead while Zik was made a ceremonial president...We know history |
