Let me link your case with this- If anyone has their visas approved for Lincoln University and after the interview, they got a better offer from let's say Gatech, it's always advisable to reapply for a new F1 visa. So, in your case, if you want to pick an OPT option later in the future, it's advisable that you reapply for the visa. I hope you find this helpful.

you don't have to apply for another visa. You can always transfer when you get here by either going to the school physically or communicate with them via other means about your intended sevis transfer. Think about a scenario where you get visa a week to resumption

The requirements depends on what you want i.e do you want scholarship or just admission. i assume you need scholarship, so you will need a good WAEC result and a very good SAT scores.
