Chance of securing a job over there? Are they paying per week / month. Are they friendly over der?

Hey back! I am Turco. I couldn't understand why it is written ''you cannot do it now, try again in a few hours'' when I tried to reply any comment in my Turco account. I'll be very glad If any of the moderators can help me. So, I thought it is something about my account and I've created another account to try and It somehow worked. I'd like to use my account as Turco, I just don't know how to write in that account.

Well, It actually depends on your qualification. What kind of education you had? For an example If you have a medical degree and can pass the equivalence exam which regulated by Ministry of Health and Higher Education Council you can work as a doctor regardless your Identity and can earn more than 9000 Turkish Lira(TRY) which equals to 3000 US Dollars in a month. In the other hand I have a friend who is from Kenya and has a English language certificate and teaching English in a private course and earning around 2000 Lira which is equals to 700 US Dollars in a month. But if you don't have any diploma there isn't much to do. You can work in a factory or shop but they don't earn good enough, not more than 1000 Turkish Lira which equals to 300 US Dollars. You can also start your own business If you have papers to do it. There is also good money If you can success.

Most of the African nationals here sell watches. They earn 10 Turkish Lira which equal to 3 US Dollars per watch as profit. Your daily profit depends on how many watches you sell. Turkish people are actually very friendly to Africans if you compare to Asians. If they work on their own business noone have problem with them. African people mostly watch sellers seen as honorable, proud, dignified by Turkish people. They start their own business and pay their rent, bills etc. Even Police does not care about Africans just let them do their business. I have never seen or read any news about bad things about Africans.

But in rural ares, people can be curious. They may ask you questions about anything. It can be about your country, your hair etc. It isn't about any kind of racism, just they're curious about you.

And if you work in factory or construction you get paid weekly, work in private company paid monthly on 1st, work in a diploma required job they pay you whenever you want-however you want on 15th.
