It's normal. It's when your brain wakes up before your body. It's the opposite of sleep walking when your body wakes before your brain. If it happens often then it becomes a form of sleep apnea. Google it you'll find a lot of medical explanations. It's not spiritual people turn to that reasoning whenever they can't understand something. Let us see if xiadnat can add some light to this for us.

Twaci this happened to me once tho. I was still very young. Probably around 5 6yrs.

I could remember being awake and not able to move, talk or do anything. Yet my eyes were a lil bit opened and I could see dad checking up on me from time to time and wondering why I had not woken up.

I could also hear conversations going on around me. It was like a state of temporal paralysis tho. When I could finally move my body I jumped out of bed.

Nwazz I had some paranorma activities as a lil kid. Can't explain many, but they happened just once. Another thing is I can remember them clearly like it just happened.
