I don't think you need to bother yourself about a break in between the papers. I believe u should be more concerned with how to complete the essays in 20 mins as u have to turn out 3 very good ones(on topical issues, if I remember well).
The math, English and current affairs sections require u to be fast but give good answers. remember KPMG's a great place to work so competition will be exceedingly high, also recruitment's fast closing so give it your best shot,  C u at the top!!
