Job title:Structural Supervisor

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILL

Supervising the Construction and associated pre-commissioning activities related to Nigerian Content (NC) packages, up to end of Construction and load-out/integration works.

Prepares monitors and expedites structural fabrication, assembly and completion activities carried out by Contractor or subcontractors related to his discipline until sail away for pressure vessels and FPSO integration in Nigeria.
Assists the structural superintendent his duties covering all construction phases, including construction methods, yards prefabrications, construction, structural assembly and completion as related to his discipline. He attends meetings as required by his hierarchy. He implements his hierarchy instructions and organizes his inspection team accordingly.
Ensure that all construction activities related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.
Review procedures and site queries in due time related to structural at site.
Monitor structural preparations for installation of equipment and/or structural assembly part including removal and re-instatement of deck/module.


PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

8 years experience in Oil and Gas production projects
Familiar with construction and QC procedures is a plus.

Job title:Scaffolding Superintendent

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILL &ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ensuring that fabrication is in accordance with the design.
To ensure that all construction activities related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.
To oversee the activities of all site teams within his discipline to ensure that all technical, contractual and cost information is properly recorded, collated and available for inspection/reference as required by company policy.

To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement.
To carefully assess hazards and risks when changes occur.
To give his own input and making sure the workplace is safe (obviously clean and tidy).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

10 years experience in Oil and Gas production projects
Ability to work as part of a team

Job title:Painting PFP Insulation Supervisor

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILL &ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ensuring that painting activities during fabrication is in accordance with the design and minimize the non conformance painting result.
To ensure good communication between COMPANY Team and CONTRACTOR/SUB-CONTRACTOR Team,
To ensure that all painting procedures/manuals are available, easily access at yard and well communicate with Contractor.
To ensure that all painting activities are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives and Company / project specifications mainly GS EP COR 350.
Comments on the contractor documents related to painting/PFP/insulation in due time.
To ensure safety issues of used painting materials as hazardous materials.
To ensure safe working practices are carried out by CONTRACTOR/SUB-CONTRACTOT and VENDORS,
To maintain good relationships with contractors, being relatively flexible, proactive but also strict when necessary to achieve the objectives of the project.
To inform periodically to Construction Yard Representative about the progress activities and area of concern.
To report to the Painting Superintendent on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) and highlight critical problems, discrepancies and dysfunctions if any,
To participate to local programs or initiatives to improve HSSE performances.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

10 years experience in Oil and Gas production projects
Qualification: Certified by an approved organization such as ACQPA-FROSIO, NACE Level with a Computer Literacy .
