freetowns: Ok My Nigerian Clients always say if they follow my healthy food routine, then they will be able to eat nothing. But they fail to realise that for every unhealthy food we have, there is a healthy substitute for it . Take for instance fufu and Garri, the closest susbstitute to it should be wheat which you can get anywia in Africa. For Rice, there is always the Basmati and the Brown rice if you want to go extreme. And as for the Yam, there is the very much better substitute of sweet potatoes. Even for the bread lovers, there is the brown bread that you can get in any health supermarkets in Africa.

My advice to all my weight watchers and clients has always been "ditch the high percentage Carb meals"
