go to any bank eg zenith,Uba etc fill a teller don't write any tin in account number write University of Lagos as account name and fill d rest take it to d counter and tell dem its remita after dey collect it from u dey will print a receipt for u ,u will take it back to d cafe and den u follow the remaining process

I've done all those but am filling it myself.
