I see alot of people writing food and drinks .Kidney issues is not just about what we consume into our system.

Living in Nigeria is alot of headache,the economy has taken away the joy in so many people's heart,hereby increasing the rate and risk of high blood pressure.Alot of people move around with very high blood pressure that is not managed.I am not too sure if anything destroys the kidney faster that extreme high blood pressure.

While we watch what we eat we should also ensure we keep away from things that could trigger high blood pressure.

You guys, I was just reading something on Araga, and the funniest memory hit me.

I don’t know how many people watched BBA Hotshots, but there was this Namibian boy, I believe his name was Freddie or so (I think he’s on Young, Famous & African now). He started ship with one babe like that, only for the babe to be evicted in Week 2. The boy was so upset by her eviction, he tried to take Voluntary Exit over it.

Giving y’all this backstory, because I just remembered Tayo Faniran being incredibly incensed by the behaviour, so much he nominated him for eviction the following Monday. The disgust on Tayo’s face was hilarious, baba said (not verbatim, but close enough…

“Biggie, thousands of people audition every year for a spot on this show, and to think of all the people from Namibia that wanted this spot, this boy got it, and he did not even remember he’s representing a whole country, he was crying about woman he just met, and asking for Voluntary Exit. Imagine how all the other people in Namibia, that lost out to him must be feeling….”

It’s one of the funniest and realest reactions to someone crashing out, and one of the reasons I enjoyed Tayo so much that season.

Anyway, I was just thinking about all the people that lost out to Araga, only for baba to come and be playing love without mingling, and it drew that memory, and a laugh from me.
