Imagine when you rent a shop for restaurant and you paid your landlord his rent complete. Then the land land wants to buy food from the restaurant, he will pay according to how others are paying. That will benefit the owner but when landlord started bringing entitlement mentality because say na him get the shop after all he built it with his hard earned money. Their will always be a problem.
