PHAYOL81: Nobody is scared of the Igbos. Igbos didn't build bridges but they want to use the ones others build to cross the sea. It would have been possible if they play their game right but they haven't. They have even resorted to blackmail because they would never love to stoop to get what they want. Even in the advance country, you campaign, beg, cajole and make promises to get the numbers behind you but here, you're creating enmity while at the same time, demanding for support. Who does that? That's akin to telling the people they are dumb and shattered that you can control them into submission. That's not who the Yorubas want to be and I'm sure that's not whom the Northerners are. You can always punch your SS neighbours to fan your ass while you stool but don't take that shiiiit to the door of the Omoluabis because we gonn kick that ass you ain't gonn ever dare again. This bridge self how is it being built? Igbos voted for every president Igbos are everywhere in Nigeria Igbos are in the two major parties |

QuotaSystem: Wake up and smell the coffee. You sound like you've been living in a cave.
The North traditionally & historically votes as a bloc, particularly the NW & NE, and we also have the highest number of registered voters as well as the highest turnout during elections, which is why its impossible to win any Presidential election in this country without the support of the core North.
That is the crucial northern support I was referring to which is obvious to anyone not living under a rock. Afonja |

Politics › Re: How The North Plan To Deal With Igbo Or Yoruba Presidency Come 2023 by tysontim(op): 10:20am On Jul 19, 2020 |
Biafrarep: This sumarizes it all. This is the sentiment that will play out in 2023. I don't think any normal Niger Deltan will vote for a yoruba in 2023 after how they hated on GEJ and eventually ganged up against him for no genuine reason.
Secondly, on what ground will the yoruba be standing to ask for presidency in 2023? Is it on fairness, equity, or justice??
They have absolutely no right to 2023 presidency, and it will never go to them. If they insist to continue chasing shadows, then they will only end up perpetuating the north on that seat because the Hausa/Fulani too will see nothing wrong in contesting again if the Yorubas are contesting. Any southner that stands a better chance will become the next president come 2023 East or West |

Beremi: Tysontim, PORT HARCOURT road is an ABA inland road that connects to Ohanku and rest of Aba inland neighbourhoods. It is a state road just like Ohanku that's equally as bad. The pictures are not from the port Harcourt road which connect to ohanku, the op would have named it well, the fault is from him |
Travel › Re: Current State Of Port-Harcourt Road In Aba - Worst Road In SE by tysontim(m): 3:36pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
Beremi: You are obviously ignorant or a paid government propagandist.
See the PORT HARCOURT road the OP post. It cuts off from the main Enugu-PH Express road. They are 2 different roads. This cut is also known as MCc Uratta road that's wat people call it, and is not bad like the picture op posted, look at the first picture you'll see the newest story building that is located around Ala Oji in Aba which is along the main Ph-expressway. Go there and confirm. I'm not a government employee, nor I'm I from Abia, but I know Aba well cus I'm a business man |
Travel › Re: Current State Of Port-Harcourt Road In Aba - Worst Road In SE by tysontim(m): 3:29pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
Beremi: I don't know why Abia people are like this. This PORT HARCOURT road, it is an internal road in Aba. It is not the same as the PORT HARCOURT-OKIGWE-UMUAHIA-ENUGU EXPRESS.
The are 2 different roads. This one the OP post is PORT HARCOURT road and it is a state road. Federal roads connects two or more states directly, but this one only led into ABA. Stop misinforming the public
|
Travel › Re: Current State Of Port-Harcourt Road In Aba - Worst Road In SE by tysontim(m): 3:22pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
Beremi: Stop posting out of ignorance. PORT HARCOURT road the OP showed is an internal road in ABA. Do you even know what qualifies a road to be federal? When a road directly links two states that's when you call it federal road. The federal road that passes Aba is the Enugu-PH express road, that's a good example of a federal road. Get informed. This is what Abia govt has been using to deceive ignorant Abians. I don't know what you intend to achieve by telling lies. Port Harcourt road is a federal road |
Travel › Re: Current State Of Port-Harcourt Road In Aba - Worst Road In SE by tysontim(m): 3:20pm On Jul 12, 2020 |
Beremi: The only federal road in Abia state is Enugu-PH road, ABA-Owerri road and ABA-Ikot Ekpene road. This PORT HARCOURT road shown here is different from Enugu-PH express road. That is a federal A3 road that pass through Aba connects Umuahia, all d way to Okigwi imo state before moving to enugu |
