Hello house, compliments of the season. Is there any one going to Conestoga College, Doon campus? I have an accommodation to rent out. A spacious 2 bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen. It's 10minutes to the campus and in the heart of fair view.

So we all tracked our app today, been dispatched but no approval mail. Hopefully the TRV is already been packaged for collection at vfs. Let's be hopeful nd it might take a week before we get it.

Phemo, did you get a mail before the refusal letter or they just dispatched your passport??

My fiances passport has been dispatched without anotice approval mail. Does it mean he was refused visa??

Waited for 11weeks to pick my application at vfs today with a refusal letter stating that ;

I haven't satisfied the VO with the following reasons

1# ...... Length of Proposed stay in Canada

2# ..... Purpose of Visit

3# ..... Current employment Situation

4# ..... Personal Assest and Financial status

Here are the documents I submitted ;



#1 .... All CIC forms
#2 .... Sponsor SOA (Bal of #45M)
#3.... Letter of Intro from Sponsor
#4..... Sponsors' company CAC certificate
#5.... Admission letter (seneca college)
#6.... Police Character
#7..... Passport (stamped Bene Rep, Togo,Ghana and Dubai working visa )


Firstly, I want to apologies to the house because this refusal occurred out of my personal ignorance of using a "Representative", cos am sure a good and well arranged SOP would have addressed that issue. It's a visa refusal thou, not a death sentence. ( still thank GOD)

I NEED SUGGESTIONS and ADVISE serious one at it pls.

I intend to fire again for May Session, but with another admission from same school (seneca) which I will reapply for and this time I intend using online route (formal was paper route).
* Do I have to do Biometric again ?
* Can I still use same SOA(but updated one) since I have no issue with insufficient fund?
* Hope I won't have another issue applying with another offer from same school ?
* Anyone with a sample of a SOP should help a brother by sending to uncleolofin@gmail.com

Hello all, I received my approval mail today.

I reapplied on 30th September paper route
Medical mail on 24th November
Medical done on 4th December
Approval mail on 15th December

In the new application I included:
*Wrote a detailed SOP addressing all reasons for previous refusal
*included my land documents
*included my CAC documents ( even though business has not commenced at all)
*Made sure my sponsor stated how much exactly he will be giving me monthly
*Stated my mother will be responsible for my flight bookings
*Updated my sponsorship letter( more emotional)

I am going to Red River College, Winnipeg, anyone with me?

letter of Intro from my office, emploment letter, undergrad transcript and Degree Certificate, SOP, admission letter, police clarification, travel history,NYSC cert, wassec, family group picture, my cv.

My dad's doc

My Dad's SOA(There was a mistake here. You honestly dont even want to know the amount in here. It was less than a thousand naira), his payslips, no landed docs were submitted, daddy's travel history, daddy's ID card photocopy, sponsorship letter from daddy, letter of introduction from his office introducing him and introducing me as his daughter.

Its been God. Please always cross check your documents before submitting.

We applied separately cos we are not married yet and there was no legal document binding us as at then. I am yet to even get my passport cos it's still en route Accra.

Are you the principal applicant ? In most cases, when visa is issued the the main applicant, its automatically issued to the spouse. So relax your mind and go get your visa. Its a xmass gift for you. Lol

Good evening House. Sorry to bother you on this. I got my mail approval on the 9th of December but my problem is this... I applied with my fiancé same day, we got medical requests on 26th &27th October respectively and we did medicals on the 30th October same day. But till now, he hasn't gotten any response from CIC and his school starts on the 5th January.

Pls what's your best advice? ?

For some reasons which I think a part is the technical issues on their website, Online seem to have been halted. Papers are having a filled day.

U guys complaining should learn to read events. Your TRV will come certainly. Rather than worry and cast aspersions on things u can't change. Just siddon dey look.

When I was called for medicals, I was so excited cos I heard that been called for medicals was an automatic pass and my friends said maximum 2weeks my visa will be out. Now the wait is really killing me. I am gradually loosing my mind. I trust in God. But men. .. its killing.
