num2..... the smart ones might develop cold feet (disappear)all of a sudden if u as a girl voice out ur feelings..... its only the sane ones that try to reason with u & u guys can see if a relationship can start or not.. but i I've come to discover that most guys wen they say No it is NO.. they dont wanna change their minds..because the girl saying " hi i think I've got the hot for u" will be offended with the rejection & wont bother to pressurize the boy..
all this makes it hard for girls to tell a guy they like him... no one likes to be rejected.. ..
so as a girl.. if u cant say it u let the feelings die in u..
but for me.. my advice is.. ""if u like him, he looks appealing to u.. go for him, if he acts funny or says 'No' ...get on with life.. there re other sweet dudes out there waiting to know u better""

Ȋ̝̊̅ disagree with U̶̲̥̅̊! Ȋ̝̊̅ personally like girls who are bold & do not hold back when it comes to the matters of the heart.......Ȋ̝̊̅ have never taken undue advantage of this kind of girls nor have Ȋ̝̊̅ embarrassed any of them. Even when Ȋ̝̊̅ won't date them, Ȋ̝̊̅ politely tell the girl how grateful Ȋ̝̊̅ am & my reason for not taking this offer....Ȋ̝̊̅ have high regards for these bold girls(e no easy to tell someone ur feelings towards him)..It's only a guy who lacks manners,conscience,maturity-& one who can't take responsibility for his failure in relationship as a man that will criticize a gurl for initiating a relationship with him or chasing him around against his will when things go wrong...People like me(shy type) out there might never toast or date a gurl until she gives us the green light(expresses her feelings towards us).....Lol

livedit: I would hope he would either go up to her and ask her if she is okay or if he is interested go over and ask her out.  That would make me uneasy if the shoe is on the other foot sort of speak.  I really don't think it's polite to "stare".  To look briefly is okay.    If she is interested, why not go up to the guy and talk to him.  What's the point staring looking like you have a emotional uncontrollable inpolite mental problem.  Unless she is majorly shy. But even still. Personally, if I was a man, I would be like what's up with this chick and if I was the woman, I would feel crazy staring like that anyway.

Mr P is a 26yr old Handsome guy who is a student & also a civil servant. He is social,vast in knowledge,speaks well,dresses well,relates with ppl nicely..He's mr fix it-he has solution to everything & everyone,he's the dream of female colleagues & female course mates(Lecturers inclusive)....He has this Charisma & charm that sweeps ppl of their feet, he is polite & respects everyone & is always open in his walk with his God....But the problem here is that this guy doesn't have a girlfriend(never had one),every attempt to date him is like a waste of time,he talks to every gurl but wouldn't commit his love..he once said he's had s*x once(nine yrs ago)..If as a lady U̶̲̥̅̊ start showing your love to him, he gradually reduces his association with U̶̲̥̅̊!
