this can only happen in churches like catholic, Anglican,The Redeemed Christian Church of God(RCCG) etc. Born again churches like Deeper life etc will not agree to this. Yes churches like catholic, Anglican, The Redeemed Christian Church of God(RCCG), may agree to this law. but I know Pastor Kumuyi will never agree to it. and dont expect born again churches like deeper life to agree. |

Look the central bank governor is an appointee of the president , like minister and others. and the president can sack him. check the constitution. There is no sure cbn 2007 act. Who do you think you are fooling. Jonathan has the power to sack central bank governor without the permission of the senate. the only think the constitution requires him to do is present the replacement name to the senate. but sacking central bank governor, is within the power of the president. the CBN governor is not an elected position. If the central bank governor fail to perform his duty. The president has power to sack central bank governor in nigeria constitution. |

sanusi sacking does not involve 2/3 of the senate. Jonathan can sack sanusi , anytime he want. and replace him . Sanusi position is a presidential appointment and not a political appointment. The president does not need the senate to sack sanusi. The president only need the senate to approve sanusi replacement. |
