PoliticsRe: 2015 Presidential Election - Final Prediction by uchedydy: 12:59pm On Mar 26, 2015
sartorius:
passingshot your analysis is fair. Buhari cant get 30 percent in Imo. GEJ would do much better in Ondo, lagos, osun, ondo and the north central than you have projected. Buhari would perform worse than you have projected in the north east due to insecurity and electoral fraud. 6 weeks has changed a lot
Check the PVCs collected in the region, that would help u project better
PoliticsFayose Embarrassing Our Family, Says Brother by uchedydy(op): 2:07pm On Mar 23, 2015
Ekiti State Governor Ayo Fayose’s eldest brother, Segun, has appealed to the governor to stop embarrassing the family.

He said their father was a gentle pastor, who built and sustained a good name for the family, before joining his ancestors.

The elder Fayose spoke with our reporters in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

He said rather than sustain the good name which he inherited, the governor has been embarrassing other Fayoses with the way he insults elders like former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.

Segun, who is a United Kingdom-based accountant, said the family cherished the name it inherited from its late patriarch.

Emphasising that their father died with contentment, the elder Fayose said the family was known in Ekiti for sound character found in every omoluabi.

He described Chief Obasanjo as Ayo Fayose’s benefactor.

Segun said: “It is a pity Nigerians are celebrating criminals. I am angry with Nigerians for electing somebody like Ayodele as governor. My children cannot come to Nigeria because of the terrible situation of our country.

“I don’t have a relationship with any of our leaders because of their criminality and anybody who says I collected money from the opposition should step forward to challenge me. Ekiti and Nigeria are bigger than Fayose’s name and both names should be protected.

“I don’t want anything from anybody, but Ayo should stop insulting and abusing my father’s name. As a result of Fayose’s attitude, many people believe the Fayose family is rude but it is far from the truth.

“I have spoken to him many times, but he refused to listen. Buhari and Obasanjo are old enough to be his father and I don’t know why he should be insulting them.

“I am always sad with the situation of this country. Ayo’s arrogance is one of the reasons I said people should not vote for him prior to the Ekiti governorship election. If all I am saying is not true, my six children should die and I should end up in shame.

“Most of us abroad are not happy with the situation of Nigeria. We are sad. When people call me from Ekiti to complain about Ayo, I tell them to forgive the family. People should not see Ayo as an ambassador of our family.”
PoliticsNigeria Election Debate Group: Dopesi Must Be Probed, Says Integrity Group Poste by uchedydy(op): 12:37pm On Mar 21, 2015
A pressure group,Value and Integrity Group, yesterday called for the probe of how the founder of the African Independent Television (AIT) Dr.Raymond Dokpesi runs the Nigeria Election Debate Group (NEDG) .
The group branded NESG as a one man show and partisan organization.
The group,in a statement in Lagos said that whereas NEDG was incorporated on April 27,2011 with six organizations as shareholders, “Dokpesi has turned the NEDG into a private estate put at the service of the President Jonathan and his party members.”
The supposed shareholders, according to the pressure group, are: Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria represented by Mallam Abubakar Aji; DAAR Communications, represented by Tony Akiotu,;Nigeria Union of Journalists, represented by Mohammed Garba; Alliance for Credible Election represented by Emma Ezeazu;Nigeria Guild of Editors; and TMG represented by Moshood Erubami.
It alleged that other directors are completely in the dark about the financial transactions of the NDEG.
It said: “This of course is in total violation of one of the 8 Memo/ Articles of Association for NEDG that stipulates that the NEDG will organize and promote and host independent civil non- profit, non-political, non-partisan open debates.
“Dokpesi’s name does not reflect in the NEDG registration documents from the CAC only that of DAAR representative, Tony Akiotu.”
Dokpesi,it added, “went ahead to single handedly organize the 2011 election debate with AIT staff-Amoni Amarere and Nancy Ilo as moderators.
“Again, he is the one solely organizing the 2015 presidential election debate for the NEDG which has become an appendage of the Jonathan presidency and at the service of the PDP.
“The NEDG is clearly in the pocket of Dokpesi. Presented to the unsuspecting public as a non-partisan body, the NEDG is fully partisan in favor of PDP.Dokpesi, a very close friend of Jonathan, once jostling to be chief of staff has put NEDG at the disposal of the ruling party, PDP.”
Value and Integrity Group said the refusal of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate,General Muhammadu Buhari to participate in the NESG debate has “thrown some spanners in the works,” adding: “for his refusal to attend Buhari, APC and its leaders have come under severe attacks on AIT news programming and defamatory documentaries.”

what exactly did you catch on camera...
a man giving money to some people queuing up
who could be a family or community member.
Wonder how bised people can be....someone is caught giving money to a crowd and you still want me to open ur brains to understand.

How else do they pay for rented crowd? How else do they give cash for votes

Just because its the Tshirt of a political party that u support, u no longer see anything wrong in it. Now I see y this country is backward.

Now how do you proof that qieue is for election? Do you know if the qieue was arranged for just the money to be given to the less priviledged?
Can't you see their 'less privileged and begging plates' in their hands, since you no fit use the unbiased side of ur brain for once.

Besides one can be giving assistance to less privileged people dressed in a party's Tshirt abi.

You see your kind of reasoning?

Politics2015 Election-who Does The Online Trend And Comments Favor. by uchedydy(op): 12:00pm On Mar 03, 2015
I have been following the comment and trend on major online blogs....NAIRALAND, SAHARA REPORTER, PREMIUM TIMES, THE NATIONS and many more, even in phone in programs in some local radio stations. And it seems to me that Buhari has the upper hand in these areas. Well, that's my opinion.

Now the questions are:

Who do you think has the upper hand in these media, considering their strength in the different zones.

Do these trends really affect the outcome of the election, since the contributors are arguably the same Nigerians who would be voting.

That statement of result was written yesterday, and so carries date date and and state. Note, it was only copied from the transcript which the school also provided. The transcript has the names of all candidates with dia exam numbers.

Support your part, but dont be foolish while doing so cos that is what you are exhibiting.

Politics2015 Elections- Unbiased Analysis Drawn From 2011 Election Results..photos by uchedydy(op): 9:45am On Dec 29, 2014
I have taken time to study this and so i put it up for discussion. In 2011 Buhari with an 'unknown' CPC gathered 12,254,853 votes, more than half of what GEJ got- 22,495,187. That was a time when GEJ was seen as the 'messiah' and when people voted 'not for the party, but for the man'.

Now with the merger forming APC, Buhari would certainly get more votes, maybe sweeping the whole SouthWest.
What About the South South and South East? Remember that Edo, Rivers, and even Imo are APC states so this might also count, thus possibly giving him more votes and states.

Again!!! GEJ has so much disaffection now, and even many people have vowed to go against him.

Now, lets chats, where do u think the election might go given the analysis in all areas?
Do u think that Buhari would go all the way, or GEJ still has a chance?
