The first step to redemption is to admit that something is wrong. We can't repair Nigeria if we don't even believe it's broken. In my next post I'll list some steps which I believe will help us tackle most of our problems.

This post doesn't warrant insults Sir, FYI Trump referred to the whole of Africa and I chose to write about Nigeria because it's where I know.

Secondly, the noodles packed in my skull made a CGPA of 4.1 which is why I'm in the United States.

Finally I think you're a little man by trying to bring ethnicity to this post, I'm proudly an Igbo man and I wont stoop to your level by insulting other great Nigerian tribes.

progress69:
Dead brains everywhere!!!

Firstly Trump didn't mention Nigeria specifically in his silly outbursts, he was referring to some African countries even though we know he was talking to Africa as a whole.
Secondly Trump did not call Africa a shithole cos of the reasons you stated there but because of your skin color, so get that deep down the noodles packed in your skull.

The interesting thing is the clowns that call Africa a shithole and one of the Major reasons Africa will never develop, its a case of doing you and insulting you on top of it. lol

Why do u think they murder good Black African leaders that wont bow to their supremacy bull crap.

u can join in the band wagon of folly, while u are part of the reasons Africa is called a shithole cos we know u are from the everlasting bitter region that peddles drugs abroad then come back home to form business man. SHAME!!!!

As a Nigerian who was born and brought up in Nigeria and currently living in the United States of America
I must say that President Donald Trump is wrong to call us a "shit-hole" country... NIGERIA IS WORSE THAN A SHIT-HOLE.

Where do I even start from? Is it Electricity? Roads? Education? Security? Health care? Employment Opportunities?
We claim to be Independent yet we import everything we use, including petroleum products even
though we're a producer of crude oil.

White men built four refineries for us but we can't maintain even one. Our minimum wage is #18000 which is
roughly $60, that's what most low-level workers here in America earn in 6 hours but our "excellencies" earn
more than leaders of most developed countries.

Shame on all leaders of Nigeria, both present and past.

This ignorance you're displaying shows that Nigeria deserves the kind of backward leadership it's getting, please tell me the section of the constitution which forbids tattoo? Grow up man and stop condoning savagery. When I was in Uniport, I had an issue on my way to PH from Owerri, they stopped our car and asked one guy to drop because he had a tattoo, our stupid driver wanted to drive off and leave the the guy behind but I rebuked him and approached the officer, I asked him which offence the guy committed and he wanted to start shouting on me but I lied that I was a lawyer and he backed down and let the guy go after wasting 10 mins of our time. Stand up for the right thing mate, change begins with you.

To all the people saying trash about the girl you all should hide your faces in shame, what is wrong with having a tattoo? Military men here in the US even have tattoos, IBB, Abacha and Obasanjo has tribal marks but in PH it's an offence to have tattoo Come on people we have to grow up and condemn nonsense ignorance. When the disciples spoke in tongues the people heard them in their own languages, the spirit gave them that ability to enable them communicate with the people. The gibberish being spoken today in churches who understands it? If it's spiritual why do they learn how to speak it in theology schools?

Politics / The Only Way To Make Nigeria Great. by uchemelvin20004: 8:14pm On Jun 25, 2017
When I look at the situation of things in Nigeria I feel like crying, this is a nation richly blessed by God with both able bodied people and natural resources, however, we can't do anything right.
Nigeria is the 20th richest country in the world but almost 90% of her wealth is controlled by less than 10% of the population, this is a serious issue that must be addressed. The lowest salary for any Nigerian should not be below #200,000 monthly because if you go by statistics and check the average modern family of today (man, wife and two kids) you'll understand that even a salary of #200,000 per month is hardly enough to take care of the family. In a country where the citizens provide water for themselves(borehole), light for themselves(generator), security for themselves(vigilante and private guards),healthcare for themselves(if you want to die just go to govt hospital),education for themselves(private schools), I wonder what the job of the government really is. I'm not here to blame the present government because the decay has been here for a long time and I think it's beyond our capacity as Nigerians to fix it. Where do we start from?
1. Security? Our security forces are nothing to write home about, not just the police but customs, immigration etc.
2. Education? The only way to give your children sound education is to send them to a private school.
3. Power/Light? This one is the worst.
4. Transportation A journey to Abuja from any of the Southern states via road will shock you.
Almost every sector in our dear country is collapsing and its getting worse by the day. It is time we realize that prayers alone cannot make Nigeria great, infact religion is one of the reasons why we are where we are.
I strongly believe that the only way that Nigeria can be made great again is if a foreign world power (US or GERMANY) can invade and take over our country, take over the running of every sector of Nigeria because it is clear that we(me and you) cannot move this country forward.

Tellemall:

Well, your claims in your initial post... You might want to back them up somehow.

It's your choice to go to church or not. You can't decide the Holiness of a congregation. Simply go to where you are best at peace. If the church isn't holy or good enough to be Christian it simply means the individuals like yourself aren't Christians. Have you considered teaching them all about true Christianity? Can you say you're the perfect Christian?
I'm a human being so I can't be perfect, all I'm saying is if truly we want to follow Jesus, is it not right that we follow his examples? In church when you read certain things from the Old Testament they'll tell you that old things have passed away but they forget that Tithe is also from the Old Testament and that one will never "pass away" because it's money. The point I'm trying to make is that churches are more like business ventures, it's all about the money...

A CHRISTIAN IS SOMEONE THAT DOES WHAT CHRIST DID WHEN HE WAS ON EARTH AND ALSO OBEYS THE COMMANDS HE GAVE.
JESUS NEVER COLLECTED TITHE BUT OUR CHURCHES COLLECT TITHE.
JESUS NEVER ASKED ANYBODY TO SOW SEED BEFORE HE/SHE WILL PROSPER BUT OUR CHURCHES DO THIS.
JESUS PAID TAX TO CEASER'S GOVT BUT OUR CHURCHES DON'T PAY TAX.
JESUS SAID FREELY YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND FREELY YOU SHALL GIVE BUT OUR CHURCHES SELL SPIRITUAL MATERIALS (HOLY WATER,APRONS{CHOSEN},PAMPHLETS).

BEFORE YOU BASH ME PLEASE DO SO WITH FACTS
