Politics / Letter To Africa And Entire World by ucheokpara100(m): 2:11am On Jan 08, 2018
SORRY I FAILED COS MY PHONE MIXED THE WHOLE LETTER UP!!!! I hereby would on behalf of some Nigerians and my own behalf will like to acknowledge and apologize for our mis-conduct to Africa and entire world. also ask that you please learn to tolerate, pray and help us as we are not only disaster but we are also in trouble ourself. First we are naturally desperate people, we want to be rich within a week, hence we are ready to do anything good or evil to get rich fast. (1) Beting shop business are striving here because of our desperate nature. (2)Churches are great business here, we are not going to worship God but because we want God to multiply our wealth. (3)We are not just migrating to your countries. But we are coming to uproot your reserve Banks and plant them in our Villages if possible. (4)Remember once we 've left home we are under pressure to make money fast and come to proove to those at home that we have arrived. (5)Here a poorest man's funeral/wedding is more expensive than the world's richest man's funeral/wedding. (6)We come their to admire your structures even street lights you built 20 years ago but ours doesn't last a year. (7)We 'd rather vote in a criminal if he/she is from our tribe than vote in a good leader. (coolA leader here would rather steal transformer meant to supply us Electricity throw us into black-out then run with his whole family to your place just to enjoy electricity. (9)A leader here wants all graduates to be thugs but his children will be best graduating students in ur schools. (10)Some will rather buy more tittles than work. Here no one talks no one listens, we are in the land of Prewincle where everyone wears Cap. We come with these attitudes to your place without realising what we are doing. that is why we fight back when you complain about us. Hence i'm asking that you persevere and tolerate us. HELP US, EDUCATE US, and correct us as no one would ask God to send him to a place like that if we had choice to choose location before birth where the likes of U S and Australia are available. If you do this their will be more peace in Africa and the world entirely.

Thanks a lot. I appreciate your attention. One more last question please. Right now am processing my visitor's visa so i want to know when the 3 months will start counting. Will the visa start counting as soon as i successfully get the visa here in nigeria or anytime i get there in S.A. Thanks as i awaits your kind response.
it starts counting immediately u received it their in Nigeria. that 3 months means u must use it within 3 months afta 3 months you cant use the visa again secondly evenif you have 12 months you can only stay here 30 days valid to process yours permit or go back.

many people went abroad because of social amenities, security, clean environment and good life. Don't u know dat wit good road, steady electricity and good infrastructures evidence of good living will increase. Many will never think of going abroad because live is complete here wit dem.
o yea now i understand, in that case it's either these guys (politicians) has failed us or development is not yet enough to provide those things in Nigeria

Many people are yet to realise that the only difference between abroad and Nigeria are only Nigeria=(no electricity, bad roads, poor infrastructure) Abroad=(24hrs light, standard road, and good infrastructure) apart from these no other difference infact apart from these Nigeria is far better than them all, let me give you this example read my reply.

Thank you very much Mr Uche. God bless you. Mr Eugene thanks for pushing for answers.

I won't be arriving for the conference that's why I'm asking to get a good answer ready. I intend telling them I'm there on tourist visit and dats it. The big question which is still unanswered is if they can detect that I was issued the visa to attend a conference. If yes then I will craft my answer to accommodate my reason for not attending the conference and why I chose to visit for tourism. But if they won't know, then telling them is not necessary.

So, the big question is, is there any way they will know I was issued the visa for conference Ab nitio?

ok, since you know the conference 'll be over before you travel just tell them that you have been hearing alot about south africa that you decided to visit the country and return back, they wont dig deep, but if they want to follow up it's their on the system that the visa was issued because of conference, hope you understand now

OK.
I don't intend travelling within the period cuz of other engagements I have presently. So, how do I go about it.

Are you saying I should forget about using the visa once the period of the conference is over but my 3 months validity is still on? or can I be stamped in if I have a good explanation plus other documents including confirmation of hotel reservation?

Btw, how will they detect the reason for my visit when what is stated on the visa is "visit" not conference... I want to have adequate information that is why I dey ask all these questions.

Thanks.
see what you will do, at the point of entry they will ask you what you are going to do in south africa if the conference is still on tell thm you are going for the conference but if the conference is over you should prepare what to tell them that you are going to do and convince them else if they discover they may turn you back but usually they turn 3 people back in every 100 people tht enters.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
The visa is for conference which starts 19th November which is tomorrow to 30th November. Are you saying 20th of December is OK or will it be useless after 30th November?

I will check if it is single or multiple when I get home.
sorry i meant to say 19th november to 30th november, try to enter south africa within the period (conference is on) else after the conference you will be refused entry.

Good day everyone,
I'm really glad to be a member of this forum. I have been following this particular thread for sometime now. In fact, the information I gathered from here enabled me to apply for my visa and it was out within 6 days in Lagos and I will be travelling by December.

However, I will like gurus in the house to clarify me on the following cuz this will be my first time of travelling out.

In my visa application I stated I will be attending a conference between 19th November to 30th December and i believe my visa was granted on that basis cuz it came out quick but for some reasons I will no longer attend the conference but would want to utilize the visa by second week of December.

Now my questions are: hope the purpose of my visit will not affect me at the port of entry since I will be travelling on a different date? I mean is there a way the immigration officers at the port of entry detect this and refuse one entry?

Again, hope I can use the visa any time for visiting aside the time and reason stated on my application.

Answers needed asap

Cc: justwise, ucheokpara, et al.
if the visa is multiple entry then you can use it again, if it's single entry you cant use it again after the programme, also make sure you enter south African within 13th december to 20th because they have your informations on their system that the visa was granted so that you can attend the programme, else if you try to enter after that date you may be refused entry.

Please, I need help... I am currently in the process of applying for a South African study permit. The problem here is that I intend using my mums pension account statement (an insurance company account) with over a million naira in it, though no outflow of cash, cos she hasn't make any withdrawal what so ever from the account. Is that possible please? Or is there something I could do in terms of the bank statement to submit?
go to South African embassy in Nigeria they are surpose to give you the requirements just follow that dont add dont subtract you will get your visa.

There is no point trying to entertain questions about migrating to SA illegally because I will remove such question and answers when I sees it.
ok now i understand you should have told me earlier, please dont delete this, any one given visitors/tourist visa should know you are not allowed to stay in south africa you are expected to stay 30 days and leave, i said it earlier get your permit in Nigeria before coming. if you a qualified visa is very cheap. if you dont qualify take whatsoever you see.
