Many people expect to use 10,000 to make 1 million that is why digital marketers get ridiculous offer from small business owners here in Nigeria but the truth is that it is almost impossible because in business you need enough capital to make millions except IF.

Let me explain the IF. The IF is if you are in real estate space and have digital marketing skills.

Let me break it down: You have a land or property worth 10 million and above which the 10% commission is from 1 million and above.

Let's say you want to run ad on Facebook, most people start with lead generation ad which the minimum daily budget should not be less than $10 (3,890 naira) if you wish to have reasonable leads.

You only have 2 days to run your ad with 10k budget.

Grace must favour you if the two days ad gets you leads you are able to close (book appointments, go for inspections and sell the property)

But even at that have you consider data, airtime and transportation fare which will cost you more.

So you see 10k is nothing.

What if you create a free landing page and decide to run conversion campaign nko?

That one is ok with $5 dollars daily budget which means you have only 5 days to finish 10k.

You still have to buy data, airtime and budget money for transportation.

The 10k is nothing but if within 3 days you got leads that lead to sales then you are a son/daughter of grace.

What if you decide to hire a digital marketer?
That 10k is not enough for his/her service charge.

So don't put that into consideration.

You see why you need money to make money.

If your market is Lagos or Abuja you have to increase to 2 dollars with is 778 naira daily ad budget.

You can still use 10k to make 1 million but that is not a guarantee.

But the leads you will get using the 1 dollar or 2 dollars strategy is worth a life time.

The reality is, you need enough capital to make money.

Few minutes after posting about Facebook SEO hack yesterday I got this notification below.

5 days ago I created this Ifeanyi Ubah support page and only post one article on the page.
