I want to be checking the status of my application. My agent cannot access the email address he used while filling the application. So i don't know the state of my application. While trying to log into my GCkey it was locked, I must have used wrong login details severally.

Right now I don't know the status of my application. I submitted my application last year November. I was told to open a new GCkey account but must be linked it up with the old account.

How do I get to know the status of my application. I cannot access the email used, the GCKey account is locked.

I tried opening a new GCKey account, I couldn't. My GCKey account was locked and I could not link the new one to the locked one. I am just frustrated and tired. My agent is just messing me up. So I want to do it by myself.
I need a guide of how to go about it please

Yea. Just create a new gckey account. The main obstacle is linking it. You need all the details in the old account.

How do i Link it now? I cannot see any button or menu to link the old GCKEY and the new GCKEY.

You told me yesterday to create another GCKey since the initial one was locked. Now i tried signing up a new one with the same username it gave an error that 'The Username you have selected is not available'.

Can I use a new username and new email address.
