I don't believe that...no matter how long the timeline given for the payment of sch fee, it will surely expire but u can easily extend the payment of house rent by making whosoever is in charge of collection see reasons to ur inability not to pay on tym..

I don't even think there's any avenue for that in the sch system...Its within ur strength to extend the duration of house rent rather than sch fee,,cos u've got no say in dat
