Firstly Igboho never posed 1/10th of the national threat and worry as Kanu to the Federal government, Kanu rattled Buhari so much that they had to literally abduct him extrajudicially, Igboho was just seen as some illiterate rabble-rouser who had bark but lacked bite, there are even sections of the yoruba mainstream that think Igboho's "agitation" was just for political purposes and hand-outs.

Secondly Kanu/IPOB have a very bloody history with the FG, and this can be seen from the extent the Nigerian security agencies went to crush IPOB agitations which led to the death of so many innocent people (part of the reason IPOB took up arms to fight back), the archives of how soldiers shot live ammunitions at unarmed protesting Biafran agitators is very well documented, Igboho and his boys barely had the guts to even confront the Nigerian armed forces, na just local noise dem dey make.


Lastly the Biafran struggle and the yoruba struggle aren't the same, Biafra has a very dark and bloody history to it and the emotions of the pogrom and atrocities of the Nigerian civil war that Igbos suffered in the 60's is a nightmarish and very emotional, yorubas never had such dark and bloody history with Nigeria so the dynamics of the our struggles are NOT the same, that's why when Nigeria hears about Biafra... Nigeria panics and reacts with brutal force and that's why Biafra has to fight back, Yorubas have never had any real struggle against the Nigerian state except their June 12 agitation, you can't compare that to a civil war.

That is why it has to be a kind of divided source. You can make use of solar for rural areas because it will be more convenient for the consumers to pay the fees on a long term and you can use the usual hydro & Gas powered one for urban areas and industrial area.
