well i dont know your reasons but traditional wedding is a must in african setting because this is where you settle the bride price and do other traditions rites attached to that occassion so therefore i doubt if you can skip it maybe you can only delay it infact i had a friend who did just white wedding and court yet the family of the lady didnt recognise that their daughter was married until he fulfilled the tradition rites.

@ AkO. Yes some churches require that you settle any issue you have traditonally before having the church wedding done.
This will prevent certain problem that may arise in the future (if there will be any).

my brother e go hard;for a rich man to find true love is by prayer or Gods grace(some would say luck).its just like a guy that stays abroad coming to niger to look for a wife.most girls are after money these days n will do anything to win the heart of a rich man just because he's got cash.one of the ways he can find true love is by disguise which works to an extent.

what a wicked world!how can people be so inhumane n callous.a widow, n has six kids in nigeria.where do they expect her to get money for their welfare?who knows the fate of the kids now,whether they have turned to nuisance to the society as a result of hardship.this case is one of a thousand others which nigerians go through in foreign lands,unknowingly to their families who wish to be them n bombard them with calls everyday for money(my case at the moment).thanks to our corrupt n insensitive leaders who do nothing to alleviate the sufferings of nigerians.
the couple should face the music.the God of heavens whom the woman has been crying to will never allow them go free.
