I thank everyone who has been answering my questions. I got another school that gave me an earlier start in April. I paid my fees in full, got my cas and applied yesterday using superpriority and I picked up my passport with my visa for my phd. |
Gurus in the house, I have a pressing issue at hand now. I was denied a tier 4 visa for a Phd in Nov 17, having earlier studied for a masters degree in the UK. The school agreed to give me another cas fors sept 2018 admission. Oh well, to cut a long story short I am now pregnant and my due date is in sept or earlier. The school is still with my deposit. Will I be able to travel with my baby then as the baby will be really tiny. I am also aware of the funds expected to be kept in the account which is not a problem for me as at now. I will like the opinions of you guys. Yhanks |
I also forgot to mention that I had earlier studied in the UK for a masters degree and graduated in 2015, so I never expected my visa to be refused. After graduation I have travelled twice to the Uk. |
During the interview, I spoke really fast and some points I said where not put down by the interviewer. |
Hello house, I applied for a visa in October for. A Phd and I was refused based on the interview. I applied for an admin review and it. Was not successful. Now the school has accepted to issue me another cas but it will be for September 2018 intake. I don’t mind though, but I want to know if I should use the super priority visa since there will be no interview and also I won’t have to be in suspense waiting for my visa. |
They asked the normal questions but took their time to ask how the study will be funded. |
I finally submitted today. I am really tensed up, my application is for a Phd. The interview took about 30mins. God help me |
The funds are in my personal bank account @sleyflash |
[quote author=justwise post=61159581]What document(s) did you submit to the university during that admission application? I submitted all my academic qualifications and transcripts, letter of sponsorship from my parents, cv reference letter from my school and statement of purpose. |
I have been a silent follower of this thread and it has been really helpful to me so far. I have gotten an admission into the University of Greenwich for a PHd program. My 28 days is still counting, my research starts in December. I have earlier studied for a masters degree in the U.K. In 2015. Please house I want to know the necessary documents I should submit, I am sponsored by my parents. And also I have not worked since I got back to Nigeria. Do I need to submit a CV. Please guys I need your help. |
Please I want to k ow if it is possible to study an undergraduate course in the U.K. after you had already studied for a masters in UK and come back. I am presently in Nigeria now and I intend on changing my career path. Will I be disqualified because I already have a masters degree in Management and intend on studying nursing or occupational therapy in the undergraduate. I have seen some schools that accept international students for nursing, but will I get a visa? |
Hello house, please I want to clarify an issue. My husband to be is still married to an eea wife on a contract though in U.K. He will be getting his ILR by February 2018 and will be applying for a spouse visa for me by April. Also we intend on having a child now. My questions are: 1. Do we have to wait a little time after getting his ILR and processing his divorce before applying for me. 2. If I have a child now, won't it be suspicious that I got pregnant during his time with the eea partner. |
