According to the victim, Elomachukwu Agbara, her father, Ifeanyi Agbara, poured kerosene on her and lit her up for not coming home on time from her tailor's place.

Asked why he set her on fire, Ifeanyi said "She had been out of the house and we asked her to come inside the house, she refused. So we poured Kerosene on her and that was it. It was when she wanted to run away. Nobody used matches on her, it was a lighter" - he said

One year old David Ekpedeme Robinson who was kidnapped by his nanny in Calabar, Cross Rivers state two days ago has been found. He was found today with his nanny at Trailerpark in Onne, Rivers state where she was trying to sell him. He is back to his parents.Thank God!

Pictures have emerged of a 26-year-old woman who delivered five babies (four boys and one girl) in one day.

The woman identified as Mom Kim Tucci is an Australian and was pictured with her five babies namely; Penelope, Beatrix, Allie, Tiffany and Keith.


Tucci wrote: “We are very happy to announce the birth of our 5 beautiful babies, born on the 28th of January and just shy of 30 weeks” just one day after their arrival.

“We would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Jan Dickinson for looking after me and the babies with such love and care … The babies and I are both doing very well, thank you for all your well wishes and support,” she added.

The babies are: Tiffany at 1,170 grams (about 2.5 pounds), Penelope at 1,160 g (about 2.5 pounds), Beatrix at 1,210 g (about 2.6 pounds), Allie at 1,200 g (about 2.6 pounds) and Keith at 1,269 g (about 2.7 pounds).

One day must be ur turn.

When Teebillz shared his suicide note this morning on IG while pouring his heart out about the demise of his marriage to Tiwa Savage, many of us thought/hoped he was just talking, but he wasn't. Tunji 'Teebillz' Balogun tried to commit suicide this morning by jumping off the Lekki- Ikoyi toll bridge and this is fact!

According to an eye-witness named Chukwuma Ani, who witnessed the incident and was one of the men who pulled Teebillz off the bridge, he told LIB exclusively that around past 9 this morning while driving on the Lekki-Ikoyi toll bridge, a car hit his own from behind, damaging his car. He said he came out of the car and approached the driver of the vehicle that hit his. He didn't know who the man was (it was Teebillz) but he said he berated him for hitting his car and asked the man to come out and assess the damage caused to his car. The man looked at him and told him to leave...that he was there for a reason. That he was planning to commit suicide and Chukwuma Ani would hear about it later...

Not knowing who the guy was or understanding why he was talking suicide, Mr Ani said he kept insisting that the driver must come down from his car and see the damage he had caused to his car. He said he noticed alcohol on the floor of the driver's car so thought the man was drunk. He said while shouting and berating the driver for hitting his car, the guy just suddenly drove his car with speed to the front.

Ani said he got into his own car and gave chase and was surprised to see the driver of the car parking his car in the middle of the bridge as other cars drove past. He said he parked in front of the driver and approached the man again, telling him that he couldn't even apologize for hitting his car and was instead trying to drive off. He said as he was berating the man, he (Teebillz) got down from his car and walked to the bridge railing.

He said he stood there wondering what the driver was trying to do and it was at that point that two other cars approached them. He said as he was trying to figure out who the new comers were, Teebillz had moved to the bridge railing and was trying to jump. Mr. Ani said a light skinned guy came out from the first car and began running towards Teebillz screaming and that was when he realized what was going on..
"I thought I was watching a movie" Ani told LIB "the man held the railing and tried to jump over it and that was when the yellow man held him and started shouting for help. The two of them nearly fell into the water. I quickly joined the yellow man to pull the guy out and while we were struggling with him, one PSquare twin (Peter Okoye) and Banky W joined us to pull the man out " Ani said
LIB called Peter Okoye to confirm he was there but he refused to say anything "Even if I was there, I can't say anything about it" he said.

We hear Teebillz is doing okay now and is surrounded by family and friends. People need to take depression seriously in Nigeria - a lot of people are so depressed and struggling and don't usually have anywhere to turn to for help. Let's always lend a helping hand. Hope Teebillz gets better

One person was confirmed dead due to suffocation while another was injured following an outbreak of fire at the Kurmi Market in Kano. The fire which started yesterday night to the early hours of today was brought under control by men of the state fire service.

Officials of the NEMA NW led by the Zonal Coordinator, Alhaji Musa Ilallah and a team of Emergency responders in the state conducted an assessment to ascertain losses caused by the inferno.

The cause of the fire outbreak is yet to be known however the joint assessment teams are still on top of the matter gathering reliable information from strong sources for its report.

Here are recent photos of three year old Abubakar Usman whose eyes were plucked out by ritualists in Zaria, Kaduna state in January this year. After the attack, Usman was admitted to the Ahmadu Bello University where he was treated for the severe injuries he sustained. He appears to be well now but sadly, he has lost his eyes forever.

Men of the Lagos state Rapid Response Squad, RRS, today apprehended a danfo driver, Ademola Ibrahim, for stealing bridge rails on the Eko Bridge in Ijora, Lagos. Ibrahim was said to have conspired with one other suspect simply identified as Kampo to commit the crime.

The suspects had attempted to park the bridge rails into a waiting Volkswagen Paragon bus with registration number MUS 457 XK when they were apprehended. The RRS operatives were said to be acting on reliable information that some miscreants were removing bridge rails, both the ones used to guide the bridge on top and the ones used to tie the bridge under.

A massive manhunt has been launched to get the other suspect who is on the run. Ibrahim will be charged to court soon.
