Australia Its not about fund, they have a document checklist give them the exact docs listed on the checklist u will be perfectly fine. CIC dont follow there checklist neither do they have one.

Guys, I have gotten email from cic twice that my application has been updated and that I should log in to view message. When I log in, it shows new message, but when I open the application, I don't see anything new. What does this mean? Same thing happened with my daughter's application this morning. Anyone experiencing something similar?

I think I will go with @Mevisbleek here..Not to discourage anyone or to stir up any kind of pandemonium, but statistics are available online to buttress the fact that Nigeria recorded the highest percentage increase in international student visa applications to Canada..most of them applying for one diploma or the other...And I don't know if they study job market trends here in Nigeria but if they do, I really don't think it will help much either with the paucity of jobs and subsequent segementation of the few available ones.

You need to read the Aussie thread this morning how posters were sympathetic of CA visa applicants because in their words, VOs have seen an increase in applications from here and have put up stringent measures to scrutinize apps accordingly...Contrast that to how easy getting an Australian visa is.

No one is claiming to be a VO here. We are all just trying to decipher in our own little way the cause of these recent delays...after all said and done, IMO the only way through to getting a TRV is soley the Grace and Favour of God!
