It's not going to be easy to stop.. but u can .. It's a decision. Try and avoid your triggers (porn).. then take small steps.. go for a day without masturbating .. then reward yourself with something nice (not masturbating ) .. do these continuously then u will see improvement.. but there are days you will relapse and that is fine .. just get back on track.. its and addiction and it can be stopped..

1. Life is not perfect.. even till now every single person is searching for the meaning of life.. heck!! all through our lives we are searching for what life means.. I recently regained my sence of smell and taste, but its not due to d corona virus.. though path of the symptoms but its caused by cold in the body.. you should get ur smell and taste receptors working after a week or two.. get a drug for cold.
