Refund the amount you guys spent and write a letter to the bank instructing them to return the money back to the account it was sent from. Do this and you have no case to answer in the future.

Important update ,

*OPERATION EZEKUDENE*

UPDATE 9 (June 5, 2020)

Yesterday, June 4, 2920, we kept the appointment at the Anambra State CID Headquaters, Awka to attend the interview scheduled for us as petitioners and Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere alias Odumeje as suspect. It was a fearsome confrontation that will not be forgotten in a hurry by anyone present at the location. It became obvious to all and sundry who was the Lion and who was the sneaky cat. It's a long story but I will only give the outlines.

2. We arrived Awka at about 12.20pm in a six-vehicle convoy with a strong squad of twenty one (21) fearless men ready for action.

3. The men in the squad were as follows:

1. Barr. Mike Ojiako
2. Barr. Uche Ohia, Ph.D
3. Barr. Ike Nwankwo
4. Chief Iyke Kanu (Ozone)
5. Mazi Uchenna Ukpabia (Power House)
6. Mazi Ugochukwu Azubuike (Ebube Izuogu)
7. Mazi Omo Azubuike (Omo Pericomo)
8. Mazi Johnbosco Azubuike (Fenfe Pericomo)
9. Ogadi Uto
10. Udoka Obiagwu (Swagger)
11. Buike Chukwu
12. Mazi Ezuma (Upstairs)
13. Odumegwu Okoli
14. Chukwumere Igwegbe
15. Ejike Igboeri
16. Mazi Joe Nwafor (Ochiaghaoma)
17. Ugoo Ohuegbe
18. Daniel Ukwu
19. Martin Ndumanya (Nigger)
20. Chief Obioha Nwosu and
21. Ike Adolphus

4. Another team of Arondizuogu boys that wanted to join us from Onitsha with the sole target of attacking the suspects were stopped from coming.

5. On arrival, we met with the IPO DSP Lucky and with the OC, CSP Mark who confirmed that we brought with us a flat screen TV and a DVD player as requested. We also came with a laptop just in case.

6. We learnt that Odumeje's advance team had arrived and he was being expected. We saw saw of his men who we had seen in some of his videos hanging around.

7. We took positions in all directions and waited. The entrance gate was covered with video.

8. Soon Odumeje arrived. He was escorted by an army patrol van which turned round and parked outside as soon as his car pulled up at the gate.

9. As his car drove in we marked him and the few men with him closely while waiting for the Deputy Commissioner of Police to clear his office to receive us.

10. Outnumbered, he was forced to sit in his car for close to 20 minutes.

11. When we were invited in, he ventured out of his car fearfully with one of his lawyers guarding him protectively.

12. As our men who had defied the "No Phones" policy of the state CID took photos of Odumeje, one of his stooges wearing a red cap challenged us and we nearly ate him raw. Omo Pericomo, Power House and a few of our men advanced towards him with red eyes and he quickly retreated towards the OC's office. By then we had all switched to attack mode.

13. We insisted that Odumeje's people must be relieved of their phones because they are notorious social media filmmakers. We pointed out the red cap fool who accused us of filming Odumeje was the same man that filmed the DCP's office with Odumeje on Tuesday. We raised dust angrily and the man ran into the Oc's office for protection.

14. Meanwhile, Odumeje was shaking visibly and his lawyers were running helter skelter as the policemen attached to the DCP appealed to us to calm down. We ensured that he did not have sitting space.

15. Shortly, it was time for the interview. Being large in number, all of us could not go in. Four (4) men were chosen from Odumeje's side and four (4) men were chosen from our side.

FROM OUR SIDE:
1. Barr. Mike Ojiako
2. Barr. Uche Ohia, Ph.D
3. Barr. Ike Nwankwo
4. Mazi Ugochukwu Azubuike

FROM ODUMEJE'S SIDE:
1. Odumeje
2. His lawyer, Prof. Barr. M. N. Umenweke from Umuchu
3. His second lawyer
4. Mr. Chukwuemeka Ikegwuonu (the fake red cap chief) who we had intimidated earlier. He did not join his team but remained in hiding, so Odumeje had only the two lawyers with him while we were four in number.

16. The DCP addressed us. He said the interview was a fact-finding exercise to enable the police conclude the investigation and appealed to us not to fight in his office
7. We introduced ourselves. Seeing three lawyers in our team the DCP exclaimed. We told him that we came with 7 lawyers and 4 are outside. Without delay, we restated our case against Odumeje and told the DCP that the anger in Arondizuogu over Odumeje's malicious and defamatory videos against Arondizuogu and Pericomo/Pericomo's family is so intense that the case of Aguleri and Umuleri will be a child's play if care is not taken in this case. We reiterated that our petition is to avert breach of peace and bloodshed but that even after our petition, Odumeje has continued to make highly offensive and provocative videos daring us to do our worst and that the danger of breach of peace is till high. Pericomo's son, Ugochukwu (Ebube Izuogu) made an emotional speech indicating that he never heard of, met or quarrelled with Odumeje and cannot understand why he choose to defame and destroy the reputation of his family.

18. Odumeje's lawyers spoke for him and both were talking about peace and reconciliation with references to the apology released by Odumeje but we insisted that Odumeje should speak for himself. The DCP agreed. In poor English, Odumeje began to talk about God and forgiveness and love and reconciliation but the DCP told him that peace is desirable but that the police needed to confirm the allegations in the petition first before going any further.

19. Four out of eight videos which we submitted as exhibits were played on DVD and everyone saw Odumeje engaging in hate speeches, mudslinging, defamation against Pericomo and his family. He was also seen challenging Arondizuogu to show him one rich/strong man that they have - clearly challenging a peaceful community to a duel without provocation.

20. The videos were interpreted in English to the DCP. He was shocked. Odumeje's lawyers also appeared surprised and embarrassed with one of them saying he was seeing the videos for the first time.

21. When Odumeje was requested to respond to the content of the videos which he had denied in his statement, he began to ramble again about how he loved Arondizuogu and about peace and love. His lawyers joined him to talk about reconciliation and peace again.

22. We reminded Odumeje that we heard him say in one of his videos that he is not a man of peace, that he is *the war* and that we are surprised that he is preaching peace. We informed him that we are descendants of fearless ancestors and that we are ready for war if that is what he wants.

23. We told Odumeje and his lawyers that Arondizuogu rejects in totality the so-called written apology released by Odumeje to which they kept referring and advised them that a defamation made on video can only be retracted via video but even at that, that our mandate from Arondizuogu is not to negotiate peace but to ensure that police investigation is concluded for further legal action.

24. We complained bitterly to the DCP about the non-arrest of Odumeje's co-conspirators who are visible in the offensive videos one of whom we saw earlier wearing a red cap and walking up and down freely in the CID premises - the same man that has been making videos and instigating Odumeje to ride on with his acts of criminal defamation.

25. The DCP was perplexed and ordered that the man be brought to his office immediately. The man was matched into the office wearing a red cap and beads on his right hand. When the DCP asked him "Are you a chief?" and he said "No", the DCP was furious. "You are not a chief and you are wearing a red cap? Remove that cap! You must be an area boy! Yes! I was a DPO in Lagos for 13 years. You are a typical area boy." The man tried to speak but Odumeje's lawyers told him to shut up. The DCP ordered the IPO to take him away, take his statement and lock him up. (We later found out that the fake red cap chief is Mr. Chukwuemeka Ikegwuonu, a jobless man from Alor and one of Odumeje's praise singers.

26. The DCP thanked us for coming and announced that the final interview will be held with the CP and that we shall be given advance notice of the date. He appealed to us to calm our men outside so that Odumeje's people can leave without incident. We assured him that we came in peace and shall leave in peace provided non of Odumeje's men provokes us.

27. The DCP told Odumeje's lawyers that Odumeje cannot leave because his statement is at variance with the disclosures at the interview. In layman's language, he meant that Odumeje lied to the police and he was being rearrested.

28. Both Odumeje and his fake red cap chief will need sureties to bail them if the police decide to grant them bail and that will depend on if the police are convinced that they will not interfere with investigations.

29. It was a great dy for Arondizuogu. We arrived with our heads held high and left with our shoulders held higher. All the men in our formidable squad were gallant, fearless and ready for combat even inside the State CID headquarters. The lead lawyer, Barr. Mike Ojiako who is from Urualla was amazed. He said he had never seen such boldness and patriotism, no wonder people say that *Izuogu na anyi ajo aru.*

30. We left the CID Hqrs and retired to a restaurant for lunch. Power House (Mazi Uchenna Ukpabia) graciously picked the bills for our lunch and it was no small bill. We are grateful to him and to all the gladiators who came prepared to pay the ultimate prize for the defence of the integrity of our beloved homeland because *anything* could have happened at Awka yesterday.

31. We thank rhe group Coordinator, Ogbuehi Obiy Tiger Okpuruisi (Mbanabaragu) who kept calling to inspire and motivate us and who, to our amazement, raised a fierce back-up team ready to rush to our rescue from Onitsha in case of emergency. That was very thoughtful and reassuring.

32. The legal team ordered a discreet recording devise but it arrived via waybill from Enugu as we were leaving the DCP's office.
It will come in handy in the days ahead. The only thing we have are bits and pieces of videos and photos by members of the squad.

33. Further to the notice served in the last update, the Legal Team has come to the end of the race today and we are ready to hand over the case file to the next Legal Team to continue from where we stopped.

God bless Arondizuogu and thanks for the opportunity to serve in the battle to uphold our heritage.

Foreign Affairs / Chinese Scientist Tried Smuggling In Virus Into The USA A Year Before Covid-19 by ugonwanneokoye: 6:40am On Apr 02, 2020
AN FBI report warned of a "biosecurity risk" coming from China more than a year before the coronavirus outbreak reached the United States.

In November 2018, US customs officials at Detroit Metro Airport intercepted virus samples carried by a Chinese biologist, unclassified documents obtained by Yahoo News reveal.According the documents, the biologist was carrying three samples labeled "Antibodies" within his luggage.

The scientist reportedly told officials that colleagues in China had asked him to take the vials to a researcher at a U.S. institute.Customs officials then concluded that the materials into the vials could have been SARS or MERS materials.

The report read: "Inspection of the writing on the vials and the stated recipient led inspection personnel to believe the materials contained within the vials may be viable Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) materials."

The name of the Chinese scientist who carried the suspected SARS and MERS samples was not named in the report, which was written by the Chemical and Biological Intelligence Unit of the FBI’s Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WMDD).
ALARMING PATTERN

The recipient in the U.S. was also not named, but the FBI's report did conclude that the incident was part of an alarming pattern, as two other cases were also cited. All three cases cited within the report involved Chinese nationals and, though referred to broadly as foreign researchers, the report appears to show the FBI's concern with China bringing such biological materials into the U.S.

The report was released more than two months before the coronavirus outbreak started in the Chinese city of Wuhan, where the World Health Organization first became aware of an initial cluster of what it believed to be pneumonia cases.

The report read: “The Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate assesses foreign scientific researchers who transport undeclared and undocumented biological materials into the United States in their personal carry-on and/or checked luggage almost certainly present a US biosecurity risk.

“The WMDD makes this assessment with high confidence based on liaison reporting with direct access.”As well as the SARS and MERS incident, other cases cited in the report reportedly involved flu strains and what was suspected to be E. coli.

The FBI report refers to both biosecurity, which usually covers the intentional misuse of pathogens, such as for bioterrorism, and biosafety, which covers releases made by accident.

Concerns over China's lapse approaches to biosafety are nothing new, but following the coronavirus pandemic's spread worldwide, tensions between the US and China on the topic have only risen.

In recent weeks, President Donald Trump has taken to calling COVID-19 the "Chinese Virus," while conspiracy theories have spread that China started the virus deliberately.
Other conspiracy theories coming out of Beijing have included the COVID-19 virus being formulated in a U.S. weapons lab.

As of Tuesday, there have been more than 850,000 coronavirus cases worldwide – including more than 185,000 in the United States and more than 81,000 confirmed cases in China.

More than 3,800 people have died from the virus in the U.S., while China has seen reported 3,305 deaths.

Crime / Court Okays Interim Forfeiture Of $376,120 Traced To Army General by ugonwanneokoye: 8:36am On Jan 23, 2020
A Federal High Court in Abuja has granted the request by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for an interim forfeiture of the $376,120 (estimated at N136,155,440) allegedly seized from Maj.-Gen. Hakeem Oladapo Otiki.

Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu made the order for the interim forfeiture of the money on Wednesday.

She ruled on an ex parte motion filed by the EFCC and argued by its lawyer, Ekele Iheanacho.

The judge also ordered the EFCC to publish the interim forfeiture order in a national daily to enable “persons in whose possession the funds sought to be forfeited are found or anyone who is interested in the funds sought to be forfeited, to appear before the court to show cause within 14 days why the final order of forfeiture of the funds should not be made in favour of the Federal Government of Nigeria”.

Justice Ojukwu adjourned till February 24, 2020, on the matter. The EFCC said Otiki, who is currently standing trial before the Army Court Marshall, allegedly detailed some soldiers, sometime last year, to provide VIP escort from Sokoto to Kaduna for Alhaji Ado Aliyu, alongside N400 million, but fled and escaped with the money.

An investigator with the EFCC, Alvan Gurumnaan, stated, in a supporting affidavit, that upon receipt of intelligence, his team carried out several investigation activities.

These, he said, include: “making inquiries from the Office of the Chief of Army Staff, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), commercial banks, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), Salaries and Wages Commission, interviewing witnesses and suspects with a view to unravel the fraud, tracing the movements of funds suspected to be proceeds of illegal activities, source of the funds, the beneficiaries, amongst others”.

Gurumnaan said investigation revealed: “That Major General Otiki was a serving military officer and the immediate-past General Officer Commanding (GOC) Division of the Nigerian Army, Sokoto. He was the chief accounting officer of the division.

“That Alhaji Ado, together with his son, Adamu Aliyu, is into the business of Bureau De Change (BDC). They are business associates of Major General Otiki as they assisted him (Otiki) in operating his BDC business, called Karama BDC.

“That Major General Otiki, whilst still in public service, acquired Karama BDC Nigeria Limited, in 2014. Out of the company’s 35,000,000 share capital, he had 22,000,000 shares.

READ ALSO: More Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists fall to Nigerian Army onslaught
“Similarly, Major General Otiki is also the highest shareholder in Danest Hotel and Suites Nigeria Limited and Daniest Nigeria Limited.

“The office addresses of the BDC and hotel are respectively in Lagos and Ibadan.”

He added that despite actively running and managing the businesses as well as being the sole signatory to the bank accounts of the companies, Otiki denied having any enterprise or shares in any company in Nigeria while completing his assets declaration form in 2016.

“That on March 9, 2019, being the day for the governorship election in Sokoto State, Major General Otiki invited Alhaji Ado to Sokoto and sold N100,000,000.00 in cash to Alhaji Ado in exchange for the equivalent sum of USD277,700 (at the agreed exchange rate). The said USD277,700 was paid in cash to Major General Otiki.

“To facilitate the above unofficial transaction, Major General Otiki provided detailed military security escort for Alhaji Ado from Kaduna to Sokoto and back to Kaduna.

“That the Nigerian Army headquarters specifically released special intervention funds to the 8 Division of the Nigerian Army headed by Major General Otiki for the purpose of improving on the infrastructure within the said 8 Division,” he said.

Business / We’re Addressing Recession With Wrong Tools —CBN by ugonwanneokoye: 7:52am On Dec 01, 2016
ABUJA— The on-going economic recession has persisted owing to application of wrong prescription by non-professionals, the Director of Policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Mr. Moses Tule, has contended.

The CBN chief spoke at the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, CIBN, roundtable meeting organised on the current economic recession in Abuja on Tuesday.

His words: “Some came in as doctors into the macro-economic management and are giving the tools of medical doctors to advise on how to solve the problem of recession. Some came in as carpenters and they are using carpentry tools to advise on the problems of economic recession; some came in as engineers and they are using their tools to advise on how to address economic recession.

“They have not allowed the professionals to do their jobs. They have not allowed the professional to provide the direction.”

According to the director, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) had, since early last year, consistently warned that the nation will slip into recession if urgent steps are not taken but that the warnings were not heeded.

CBN Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele
How we got into recession

Explaining how the nation got into recession, Tule said: “Oil prices are down. Not only are oil prices down, the Niger Delta Avengers have blown up oil producing facilities and export facilities, severally.

“When they blew the Forcados , it took government six months to fix Forcados. That was a loading bay. And after fixing it, they went back and blew it again. So we have oil prices and production going down. The implication is that foreign exchange earnings are going down, but unfortunately, our import expenditure is not going down. It is still in the region of N976 billion, monthly.”

He lamented Nigerians’ penchant for imported goods and an absence of export culture. He said sitting down and blaming the CBN for the falling value of the naira was futile, insisting: “If we want to regain our place, how did we get here? We must address that question.

“The moment we began to prefer imported goods to our domestically produced goods, we laid the foundation and built the superstructure to where we are now. This is a conscious choice. Every country makes the choice where it wants to be. This is what we chose for ourselves as a country.”
