There are no tuition fees charged for undergraduate degrees at public universities in Germany.Master's degrees are equally free if you did your undergraduate degree in Germany.

The Netherlands

If you choose to study in English in Netherlands, you won’t have issues finding people to use it with. 90% of dutch residents are english speakers. There is also no shortage of english taught programs-with more than 2,100 available mostly at postgraduate levels. Although tuition is not free, however the cost of attending a university in Netherlands is far less than the average english speaking countries especially if you are from the EU, as you will pay $2,200 per year. Australia:
